I have avoided therapy for several years as I felt that not dealing with my issue was a strategy. I read several reviews and decided to contact Dr. Barbash. She is very easy to speak with and really worked with me to address my problems. I feel that our time is spent helping me understand and process how I can move forward in my life. Therapy is the best thing Ive ever done for myself and Dr. B genuinely cares about her patients. Bottom line, I made a phone call that change my approach towards life. I would recommend anyone speak with Dr. B.
