I was really looking forward to being able to write a good review, after all they did get me set up with a sleep study and then equipment after. Pros: 1. Sleeping better Cons: 1. It took 3 months from first initial call until I received my equipment. 2. Follow-up appointments are billed to insurance and all they did was take my blood pressure. 3. Trying to get replacement equipment is non-existent. 4. Was billed $700 per month (6 months) as a "rental fee" for a $1,200 machine. Still making monthly payments. 5. About 1 out of 5 phone calls actually result in speaking to someone unless you want to book an appointment as a new patient... so they can get more $ I suppose. 6. Leaving a message is pointless because nobody ever calls you back, even when attempting to make a payment. 7. When contacting another outsourcing company for equipment they submitted a request for ALL NEW EQUIPMENT as if it were my first time, including a new machine. Bottom line, save yourself the headache and find another reputable clinic, and when you do and its time for new equipment (mask, hose, etc.), buy online and dont let it bill your insurance. The out of pocket payment is cheaper in the long run.

Terrible service, wait time is at least 45 mins it seems and thats just to get taken back, once your back you maybe waiting another 30 mins just to see the dr, office staff is slow and doesnt seem to care. Also good luck on getting your prescriptions refilled you have to stay on them constantly to get them done may have to go as far as going into the office and hounding them to get anything done. Save your time and money and find some place else. Also their billing is always messing up and saying you owe more even though you dont so then you have to prove you paid your amount already. Also good luck on getting a proper call back may take up to at least 3 days to hear back from anyone. Im trying to think of something nice to say and all I can think is at least the waiting room chairs are comfy.

Got there 15 minutes early. Waited an hour an 15 minutes still didnt see the doctor. Ended up leaving. Staff was rude and the billing department is a mess. Take your hard earned money else where.
