Carl is very arrogant and condescending. He also forces his political beliefs on everyone he interacts with. When those political beliefs involve racism as well as transphobic and homophobic tendencies, that crosses the line. He is a mediocre psychologist at best (kindly stated) and disinterested in psychology in general; he longs to hold political office again but cannot win any elections. I wonder why? He regards his patients as mentally inferior which is interesting coming from someone who graduated from the Union Institute and University (not exactly Harvard University!). If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would!

Out for money only!!!.....He did bare minimal for my son and when insurance asked for more information from him to approve procedure that he desperately needed Dr. Mumpower was the most arrogant Doctor we have ever dealt with and stated he didnt have time to deal with it. We were warned not to go to him before...should have took the advice. In the mean time my son is suffering longer and we have to redo the psyc evaluation....however this time going to go to an actual Dr who knows what theyre doing and will do their job.

This doctor is arrogant, and only out for the money. He did the very minimal he could to help me, and charged 225$ just for a small 30 minute visit. He is is butt hole as well. Do not recommend AT ALL!
