I as just wondering why in a time of recession is poor customer service still rampant??? There are plenty of qualified people out of work that would gladly replace people who fail to provide adequate customer service. Take for example my situation last week. I entered the medical pavilion at 950 First Street South in Winter Haven to take care of business upstairs. When I came down the elevator I went into the lobby so that my 2 year old (recently potty trained) daughter could use the restroom. All of which (the mens, womens, and family) were locked. I walked into Jay Medical Center (Dr. Diass office) and asked the receptionist how could I obtain a key so that my daughter could use the restroom. To which she replied they had already locked it for the evening because they were getting ready to go home. This was at 4:45pm and they still had a lady sitting in their waiting room. To which I responded "Could you please ask someone to unlock it? My daughter is only two and needs to use the restroom." She turned and told the office manager (who was either having a meeting

After waiting over a month for my appointment and waiting an hour in the exam room I was informed that my doctor was running late and would not be able to see me that day. I was told that the office needed to close at 5:00 pm & since my doctor was running late my appointment would need to be rescheduled. This was my first & LAST experience with this facility. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
