I usually hate doctors because they beat around the bush, you have to have a different appointment for each problem even if you have them all at the time of visit, but here, the Dr. was GREAT!! I needed to update my prescription and I had been having problems with my eyes for months. She was friendly, very knowledgeable and both did the eye exam and treated me for the eye problem. I wasnt sure if i had insurance or not so the receptionist was kind enough to call the pharmacy and my health insurer, and she stood on hold for 15 minutes while another person helped me pick out glasses (she picked the perfect pair for me, first try!) and when they found out i didnt have prescription insurance and couldnt afford the medicine they gave me enough samples to heal my eyes. BEST DR. EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD.

Based on many great reviews about this place (Aloma Eye Associates), so I went there today at 12.34pm. As soon as I walked in, the lady at the counter advised me immediately that they were closing the facility for their lunch and told me to come back an hour later. I was disappointed because on their website or google dont say that they will be closed during that time. It was my first time to visit them and I wont be back because of the lady from the counters attitude. I saw a couple clients in there during that time and I asked if I could just walk around real quick to see if theyre carrying the flame that I wanted for my sun glasses prescription. But she refused and keep saying "were closing the facility for lunch now" I would give a zero star if I could.

Its pretty great, Dr Amy is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Easy to get appointments. The glasses, and lenses however are a bit on the expensive side since they only sell high quality boutique style frames. So I dont particularly recommend buying from them if you are looking to save money, but they have really really nice frames and high end quality lenses. Everyone is very friendly and can answer any questions. Good place to go if you have something wrong and need your eyes looked at for medical purposes as well.

I am extremely impressed with the level of service at Aloma Eye Associates. Their system is setup to send me reminders via SMS and email. They are are very efficient and thorough. The doctor listens to what your saying and makes recommendations based on your lifestyle. I have been to many different eye physicians over the years and they are absolutely the best. I am lucky because they are close but I would come from anywhere in central Florida to for an appointment.

I love this office! I never cease to be impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone here. I get treated as if I am their best family friend. And speed? I am always (emphasize always) in and out in 30 minutes or less. I cannot say enough good things about my eye doctor, the staff, and the overall great experience I have here.

Everyone there from the receptionists to Amy are wonderful. I have been going here for years for my yearly exams and my medical exams and I look forward to seeing everyone each time. I like this place so much that although I no longer live nearby, I make the drive to continue my appointments here.
