I had such a great experience at LHEA! I brought my 15 year old young man in for an eye exam and glasses. The Doctor and ALL of the office staff were very friendly and accommodating! Upon arrival, we were greeted very warmly. I explained that my sons glasses were broken beyond repair. I brought my son there as a new patient and knew that it would take a few days before he would receive his new glasses. However, that was not the case, the staff worked diligently to ascertain that my son would receive his new glasses in the same visit!!! Such a caring staff created my sons glasses within minutes so that he could finally see again!!! I highly recommend LHEA and ALL of the staff!! Thank you for going above and beyond!!!

I saw Dr. Chris Charnell and meet with his lovely office staff for the first time last week. I would highly recommend them. From the first moment that I made the phone call for an appointment to meeting everyone for the first time on my appointment. Very friendly and professional. Here they care. Not like the clinics that are all over. The prices are very comparable and the girls were great when they helped me pick out the best frame for me. They even accepted my insurance and offered care credit if I needed it. I will definitely be returning. I will be recommending them to everyone. This is what a doctors office should be like.

Dr. Charnell is great. He really took the time to find the right fit of contacts as I transitioned into multi-focal lenses. After several pairs of trails and re-visits, I am pleased with the end results. Dr. Charnell was very patient with me, addressed all of my questions and always made me feel valued as a customer. Michaela was extremely helpful when I was purchasing my new glass and I have received an abundance of compliments. Everyone in the office truly cares about their patients and customers, thank you for a wonderful experience!

I love this place! The staff is friendly and professional. They have the best lenses and they carry Tiffany!!! The prices are very competitive and you get better quality lenses and frames for a better price than you would anywhere else. Dr. Charnell has a great sense of humor and is great at what he does. They have the best technology and frames! I definitely recommend Lake Howell Eye Associates to everyone! Oh and dont miss out on their great annual Trunk Show events!

Dr. Charnell and his staff are just wonderful. My family and I were in Dr.Charnells care for about 3 years before our move to Windermere, FL which is about 40 mins away from his office. After 2 years of not being able to find a good Optometrist, we decided to to return to his care. He is very much a patient advocate and doesnt give up until he is sure you are taken care of. His staff is amazing, they made me feel like family. We will never leave him again!

This business is awful at informing you on the correct time for you to receive your glasses. When one worker says your glasses with be done tomorrow morning, meanwhile two days later I come back to see why they havent called me and then another worker told me they will be done in thirty minutes. Come to find out they closed and didnt finish my glasses when I told them I needed them before Friday. Wont be dealing with them after this.

He doesnt settle for anything but the best in evaluating my eyes. He is pleasant, caring, informative, encouraging, and will be my eye doctor for years to come. Beautiful office, friendly staff. Even with a late afternoon appointment right before a holiday weekend I received attentive care and everyone was pleasant and smiling. Dr. Charnell was able to correct a vision issue that Ive been battling with my middle-aged eyes for about a year. I will definitely be back and I recommend you give them a try as well.

They got me in very quickly and the doctor knew what he was doing. I appreciated their service and knowledge to help me get new contacts. They are very well priced and have no extra fees for contact fittings. And having Saturday hours makes it so I can fit appointments into my schedule.
