My Daughter had a extraction that went wrong and then she was sent to a surgeon for repair after 3 weeks and 3400 dollars later not one word from sugar hill dentistry to see how she is doing. Also the 300.00 they charged for the botched extraction in the beginning seemed Bazar but not totally surprising. The surgeon said he sees this all the time scarey to think that this happens on a regular basis.

Front staff Donna is friendly. However, the change in ownership has brought about lots of not so good changes even for a long time patient. There is constant change in hygienists and doctors have left as well. The billing has changed and not for the better. Lack of follow up on proposed work which leads to believe it wasnt needed anyway. Unfortunately I will be seeking dental services elsewhere.

This was the best experience Ive ever had at a dentist office. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the dentist (Brandon Whitworth, DMD) was very forthcoming about the procedures needed. At no point did I feel as though he was doing "extra" to raise my bill. I highly recommend Sugar Hill Dentistry. They were not my primary dentist initially but now I will not go anywhere else.

Professional and, most importantly personable staff, that went above and beyond. My wife had an emergency dental crown issue and is anxious when it comes to dental work. The entire dental staff made sure my wife was well informed and calm during her visit. Well worth the drive from Dunwoody to North Gwinnett.
