Scheduling is a joke! Double booked our first appointment and then called us to reschedule it. Gave us the appointment times for our second appointment due to their mix up. Called me to confirm appointments for the date/time they set and still had the time incorrect from the second appointment times we were told. Had to call and confirm the time, due to their incompetence again, and finally settled on the time they had in their system from them changing the appointment date and time.

Thanks to everyone at the Gainesville Lenscrafters for great customer service. I went in Friday for an eye exam and new glasses, including prescription sunglasses. However, the prescription didnt seem to be quite right. Went back in today (Monday). The optometrist worked me in, redid the eye exam, tweaked my prescription to make it perfect for me, and made necessary adjustments. Lenses were redone, and I walked out a happy customer. Everyone was super!

The most friendly, helpful people youll ever have the pleasure of dealing with. GREAT SERVICE. The only eye wear places I will ever use. Wife and I both received our glasses an hour after eye exam. Staff was very helpful with our insurance.

Dont ever get in a situation where you need a copy of your prescription. They cannot email - no capability whatsoever. Travel with a fax or forget it
