Great experience with the spay/neuter of my cats and neuter of my puppy. However they gave me incorrect information about the drug NexGard. One of their vets stated NexGard was a heart-worm preventative, when it is not. My puppy has had no heart-worm preventative for two months. Now I have to see my personal vet for a heart-worm test because he has passed the age of 6 months. When I called to let them know I received incorrect information about the drug, I was treated with hostility by the receptionist and denial that they had given out that information. My personal vet said that they have received the same complaint from a second party about Paradox stating NexGard is a heart-worm preventative. I would have appreciated Paradox treating this sensitive issue with more care - I would hate for other owners to be given this information and for more dogs to become victim to heart-worms.

Prices seem fine but the customer service over the phone was terrible. I was recieving rude tones and responses for asking questions. Getting treated as if I do not take care of my animals just because financially I could not follow their protocol. I was cut off while speaking and apparently was being treated as if I did not know how to be a good owner to my felines. I did not appreciate the treatment from a member of this facility. I was very willing to adjust and follow this protocol though I could not get a word out of my mouth. Thank you for making the options for my animals slim.

Everyone was nice, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and answered all my questions and reassured this nervous pet owner about her baby and surgery. The place is clean and open. After surgery, Lamarris (hope I spelled it rt), was so helpful and gentile with "Puma". I just love this place and the staff. Even the lady(cant remember her name)that owns the black Boerboel dog was just down right friendly and a joy. She has taken great care of two of our babies and let us meet hers. I love this place and encourage others to please Spay or neuter your pets.

Took my 10 month old Border Collie pup on July 20th to be spayed. Really nice folks. Very impressed that her incision is only 1 1/2 inches long. She is doing great. Hard to keep her slowed down, nature of the breed! Thanks to all the staff, great job. I have been giving anyone i know this facility info.
