Hello, my name is Dr. Chris Repke, DVM. I would just like to let everyone know that I purchased the formerly titled Pointe Animal Clinic on 4/1/15. I have been in private practice for 12 years, and I am very excited to have the opportunity to now own and operate my own veterinary hospital. I have noticed and am aware of several less than flattering reviews available online prior to 4/1/15. While no one is perfect, and over the course of 30 years I am sure some complaints will arise, I would like to emphasize that under my direction, client satisfaction will always be our top priority, behind only providing quality medical care for your pets. For those who had a less than stellar experience prior to my arrival, that is regrettable and unfortunate. We are striving to make sure that both our patients, and their owners, have a thoroughly enjoyable experience when they come to visit us. Thank you for your time, and we hope to see you soon. There are no words to express how much I love this clinic and how grateful I am for Dr. Chris. I used to take my Miena there and when one day she went blind from morning to night, Dr. Chris saw her right away and not only advised me to urgently take her to a specialist but he made the call himself to MSU and got an appointment for the next morning. Turned out my sweet girl had a brain tumor and she was gone two days later. Totally unexpected as she had shown no signs of any discomfort prior to that afternoon. The pain and grief are something beyond words even to this day but Dr. Chris, Lisa and Amanda were very supportive and were there for me. Now I have another puppy and every time I take him in they treat him with love and kindness and give him the best care. I am very grateful to all of them, specially to Dr. Chris and I wouldnt trust my dog to any other vet.

Dr Chris was my dogs vet since she was a puppy. I trusted him. She had a bump on her chest so I took her to see him. He felt it and said it was a cyst. The bump got larger and it seemed to be oozing a little fluid, so I brought her back. Dr Chris said it was still a cyst. Again I trusted him. All he did was feel it and said because it was oozing it was a cyst. Didnt suggest a biopsy. Again I trusted him. It grew more so I brought her in again. Dr Chris had left VCA White Lake to open his practice in Fenton. Another Dr saw my Shina and said she needed a biopsy. It turned out to be cancer. Had he removed it when it was small, I would have my best friend with me now. Shina was my baby and because of Dr Chris she is no longer with me. My heart is forever broken. Dont let his kindness trick you.

A Private User

We had a 2 year old dog that bit a neighbor. I was afraid of aggression issues and called many vets in the area to get opinions about euthanasia. Every vet but Pointe Animal Clinic told me to put the dog to sleep. They listened to my concerns, offered me many options regarding aggression therapy and diagnosis, and guided my decision in keeping the dog. That was 10 years ago and although I did continue behavorial training his whole life, our dog was a wonderful and amazing part of our family and added a lot to our lives. Gary and his staff saved my dogs life and I will always be thankful for their compassion and knowledge. I have continued taking all my pets to him and highly reccommend him.

This vet and groomer is amazing! You can tell how wonderful they are by how my dog responds to all of them! Any concerns they reassure me or help in every way! The groomer does exceptional work! Amazing! The price is just a little bit high but I have a huge fluffy husky so if I want the job done right the price is worth it hands down. I would rather pay a little more to get the amazing care and the beautiful outcome then to save a few bucks and be dissatisfied and my dog to be miserable. Thank you guys for being awesome!

We have been bringing our pets to see Dr Chris Repke since the early 2000s back when he was working at White Lake Vet. When he got his own practice we of course followed even though its a bit more of a drive. Dr Chris is patient, kind, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. The staff is also great! They are always courteous and helpful! Thank you for the great care you have provided to our pets (kids) over the years!

This is what my adorable yorkie loooked like after being groomed at Pointe Animal Clinic. I cant convey how disappointed we are. I would never suggest anyone take their dog for grooming here. Vetrinary services - yes, but grooming NEVER. The groomer was rude and my dog looks terrible. My daughters cried when they saw her.
