Ive used this vet for a year. Vets and staff used to be super friendly and took the time to patently explain everything . Todays visit however suggests a downgrade in either their hiring or training process for the vet techs. In a 15-20 minute visit, the vet tech mentioned the word rebate a minimum of 16 times in regards to purchasing monthly medicine for my Great Dane. Usually my wife takes care of the dogs medications as we have three dogs in all. Literally, as I am phoning my wife at work to confer with her regarding purchasing the medicine from Apalachee, the vet tech shoves a paper with with pricing in my face telling me to tell her about the rebates. It felt like I was dealing with a used car dealer. Let me explain something, Im 40 years old and know how rebates work. They suck. When I tell your staff I am not the one to ask, respect it. Being redundant to the point of belligerence. For Apalachees edification, I literally paid the extra $30 for the medication just to shut your vet tech up. She literally was worse than Donald Trump mentioning China in a debate. In regards to interrupting my call to my wife and invading my personal space for the sake of an upsale, you lost a customer.

We have been taking our pets here for a couple of years. We saw Dr. Fish when she was there and now we have been seeing Dr. Randy. Just recently my 14 year old cat became ill. We took her to Dr. Randy and he found cancer. He was very nice, informative, and honest. We had to take her back several times and each time he took his time with us and explained all of our options. We took her in one more time where she passed away. Everyone there was so nice and supportive. They comforted us and even cut some fur for me. I received a sympathy card in the mail yesterday from them. I thought that was so kind. I know Dr. Randy did everything he could do to keep my kitty alive. Their kindness and compassion was very appreciated. We will definitely continue to go there.

We have been taking our four dogs to Apalachee River Animal Hospital since January 2015. The staff is absolutely amazing, especially with our older dogs - Allie and Simon. They go above and beyond the normal care - they are professional, friendly and prompt! Dr. Destiny and Dr. Randy have been "spot on" with the care of Allie and her eye problems. Also need to give a shout out to Vet technician, Marsha, who is absolutely incredible with our dogs....she is our dog whisperer! They are truly one of the best Animal Hospitals I have ever taken my animals! As you can tell.....I highly recommend them!!

Dr. Randy and Dr. Destiny both go out of their way to take care of our dog! Even during the snow storm in 2014 they kept him for 3 days while he healed from surgery and we could not go see him (due to being iced in). Each day Dr. Randy would call and give us an update on Sebastian. He would actually walk to the office each day, several times a day, to tend to all the animals at the office. We have moved to Sugar Hill since and still drive out to Dacula because of the trust we have in them and the care they provide our animals. The prices are fair too.

I have been taking my pets to Apalachee River Animal Hospital for over a year now and I have been 100% pleased. The Drs go above and beyond to make sure that not only my animals get the best care, but that I am well informed and cared for as well. I have taken my pets there for routine treatments as well as emergencies and they have put me at ease in both situations. The knowledge of the Drs coupled with the state of the art equipment make this veterinary hospital TOP NOTCH!!!! I wouldnt go anywhere else and I am so glad I found them.

Apalachee River Animal Hospital is by far the best veterinary clinic weve used. The staff are very competent, compasionate, efficient, helpful, and eager to make your pets care a pleasant experience., They understand and help with unusual situations and emergencies. Dr. Fish and Dr. Winsor are so well-informed, and its obvious that they love animals as much as we do. Grooming services are also excellent; they call before they clip if there are any questions in their minds.Their clinic offers affordable, superb care.

So thankful to have Dr Randy taking care of our little fluffy buddy. Anytime weve needed help with questions or concerns hes always there to answer them. The staff loves pets as much as we do and it shows with their attitudes and enthusiasm. Recently Toby was sick and had a stay a few days with Dr Randy and his staff and they called us regularly with updates and explained everything so well. As long as we have a furry member of the family, well be taking him to Dr Randy!

My dog has been going here for well over 10 years. However, this week we had to talk to another doctor NOT Dr. Randy and I found her to be very rude. Similar experience of someone else listed on here. She didnt explain anything and didnt know the prices for the medicines that she was recommending. Definitely lost a committed customer. I wont be back.

Dr. Fish and her staff have been the best you could ever ask for. They truly care about your animals. I have found that no matter what the question is, they are always willing to help. Very reasonably priced. They will always explain everything to you. The hospital is very neat and clean. Thank you Dr. Fish and also her staff.

When my family first moved to Dacula we took our pets to this vet. Once I questioned some charges on the bill that seemed unfair, and the doctor told us that if we didnt like the way they handled charges, perhaps we should find another vet. We did, and weve been very happy!!!

Dr. Randy is great with our great dane. Nice facility... also they were helpful in getting me in contact with people who could help with a stray pup I found. They also took good care of her and helped her feel comfortable while she was there.
