I would give 0 stars if I could. The calling center staff is completely burned out, impatient, and are in a remote location. I had an ultrasound yesterday and the technician arrived on location 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Im not sure why they make appointments at all, I always have to wait at least and hour to be seen with an appointment. I have to call two or three times to get medications called in--- making my condition worse and harder to treat. (because of the wait) They are severely understaffed, and seem to have a high doctor turn around, because Ive never seen the same one! They also insist I come into see each new doctor because they dont want to write refills on my rxs that a previous "flavor of the week wrote." If I had another option I would go there, but this is the service you get when youre a low income student in Dekalb. They dont care about us at all. If you have insurance, DO NOT GO HERE. Find somewhere with better services. Unfortunately for me, Im stuck with them.

The Doctors are awesome and the staff will cause them to loose their patients...its a very frustrating experience every visit there...it is the staff...not sending proper info to the pharmacy...i have recieved someone elses paper medical info as im leaving the office...and my prescriptions have been no good once i get to pharmacy the paper prescriptions have an expired date on them. I have spoken on situation on many occasions and have gotten no improvement. I have been a patients since 2007...and thank God for the Doctors..Maria Barnes..is the only reason your facilities are still in business. Check your staff...and fix that phone service...it is ridiculous..cant ever speak to anyone..the pharmacy i deal with will verify that as well. Signed loyal patient

I called these guys at 11 am yesterday, sat through their 15 minute "your call is important to us" and got hung up on. I tried again at 2 pm and after being on hold for twenty minutes got an answering service. The answering service gave me a "direct line" that dumped into a nameless voicemail box. I then sent an email requesting they contact me, no reply. I have to give these clowns a zero since i couldnt even get them to pick up a telephone mid day mid week. I cant possibly imagine what their customer service is like. I am taking my business elsewhere and think I dodged a bullet by not making a appointment with Oakhurst Medical James Howland Pine lake GA.

This place is the worst there is. If you can go someplace else please do so. The front desk workers are unprofessional, and rude. They call and tell you your appointment is one time and when you get there they are telling you no your appointment is another time. You have to wait hours after your appointment time to see the doctor. Why every appointment a diabetic have to wait 3 hours from there 8:00 appointment to see the doctor. Patients who arrive way after you are being called in to see the doctor before you. This place is the slums. I will never recommend anyone here!

I have been going to this clinic since I moved to georgia in 2007. They have helped me through a lot of changes in my life. My main doctor now is Dr. Barnes and she is so sweet and very knowledgeable. My OBGYN doctor is Dr. James and has helped me through my first pregnancy with twins. She is very nice and helpful every time. The main issue with the clinic is that I have a hard time getting through on the phone to them, and sometimes they have a long wait time. But when Im there I get everything done.

Went once, so this is based on a single experience. Everyone was curtious and kind. I was a walk-in new patient and didnt have to wait long to be called. I also didnt have to wait long to be seen by the Dr. Prices were good, as I dont have health insurance at this time. Just FYI, get prescriptions filled at Wal-Mart. I went to Walgreens because its nearby my home and paid $23 for a generic cipro! Theres a Wal-Mart a few blocks down, so just get it filled there. They usually have $4 generics.

Danita is the best!! Love Dr. Clodomir and NP Barnes. Always a pleasant experience! My daughter has Autism and going to the doctors office has always been an ordeal. Since meeting Danita she knows how to calm my child so she does not have a meltdown. I appreciate the time she takes to help us! Great job! Need more like her. The Drs are very helpful and informative and I appreciate not being herded through like cattle. They take time to listen to my concerns. Thanks!

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! THE WAIT IS ENTIRELY TO LONG. MY KIDS CAME IN FOR WELL CHECKS @2:00pm ..... 3 HOURS STILL WAITING!!! DR. BARNES IS A REALLY GOOD DOCTOR BUT THIS IS THE LAST STRAW. FINDING A NEW PCP FOR MY CHILDREN. KIDS SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO WAIT THAT LONG. I WORK IN HEALTHCARE AND OUR PTS ARE IN & OUT IN LESS THAN 15-20 MIN TOPS. **** NEED MORE DOCTORS, MAS, NURSES etc...... JUST A WHOLE NEW STAFF THAT ACTUALLY CARE & WANTS TO WORK. ***

Horrible!!!!!!!!!! I do not recommend them one bit! Wish I could post the screen shots of the hour wait times on the phone only for them to still take hours to call back to set the appointment. Then if you set your appointment for 9:30 you wont be seen until 12:00 like whats the point of the appointment!!!! 38 weeks pregnant and still havent met my delivering doctor ! Im very upset and dissatisfied!

The doctors are GREAT! If your a walk-in come at 730am and you wont wait very long. Plus they have free Wi-Fi and TV so it passes the time... But unless you have an appt youll be waiting at least an hour! I always walk-in at 730am and leave around 9am or earlier.... I never had an appt so Im not sure if appts get seen faster. But its probably better to have an appt!

If I could give a zero star I would. Very unprofessional and rude. When there mistakes made by the employees and all they can do is look at you confused and have no solution. Drove over an hour for an appt that I made in person and 48 hours later when I came for the appt just to be told they didnt put it in the system and there was nothing they can do.

Im in between. The doctor and the very first nurse I saw were so comforting and pleasant. Dr. Barnes and Genet! Pleasabt loving people. It made my visit a little less wprrisome. I left and came back for blood work and the lab tech or nurse did not even greet me. She held a full conversation about drinking etc with another nurse. Very disappointed.

Great customer service! Strongest attributes of this clinic are cleanliness and professionalism. Since my first visit in 2015, medical staff has yet to display even the slightest indication of apathy or neglect towards patients and guests. Doctors seem very open minded to patient requests and well rounded in their repective practices.

Currently waiting for the doctor and was told to be here at 7:30. Doors did not open until 7:40 and now Im insidea the building and no one is at the front desk.! 0.o The doctors here are great but the rest of the staff can be rude. This place needs to be more organized. Im typing this review while waiting just to be seen! I CANT!
