I was experiencing vertigo with nausea and called before coming in to see how long the wait was and to check to make sure they took my insurance (major carrier). I was told the wait was 1.5 hours and they did take my insurance. When I got there no one was in the waiting room or parking lot so I hoped to be seen soon. Then I realized I didnt have my card. I offered to give them my ID number (my husband had his card) and they could call the company and verify my enrollment. No dice - no card, no service. I went home and printed out a card from the website and returned. Then I was told since I had a Primary Care physician listed on my card, they would not accept my insurance. Who doesnt have a PCP anymore? I told them I talked to my insurance who said they would cover the visit and that the physical card shouldnt be needed. I could barely stand and was vomiting on my way out, but they were totally unsympathetic. I went to the Emory Johns Creek emergency room and was treated wonderfully. Will definitely use them if there ever is a next time.

I came in for a severe muscle spasm due to over exertion from working out. Upon entering I told the receptionist that I was there for back pain. She immediately responded, "We dont do X-rays here". She then asked what I wanted my response was that my pain is muscular and needed a steroid and muscle relaxer. At this point I should have walked out. I did my check in and was the only person in the waiting room, there were no cars in the parking lot. Once my registration was finished I was taken back fairly quickly and then sat in the exam room for close to two hours in extreme pain. When the doc finally saw me she gave me an injection and very mild prescriptions even though I was in obvious pain. Later that night I ended up on the floor unable to move due to my muscles locking up. The next day I went to another Urgent Care facility that said the regime given to me was very weak and ineffective. I was treated warmly and with compassion. Needless to say I will not be returning to this clinic and would not recommend their services.

I went to Reagan for a refill of a generic for xanax, which I take very sparingly as needed for anxiety. This was prescribed to me already by a provider, but I still have to waste my money coming in and telling them the same thing every time, just to get 1 refill. So I was told last week to come in so I could get a refill or two. I come in today, pay the copay (which actually gives the company hundreds of dollars), only to get into an appointment I dont need, only to get told by an old man that he "doesnt really like xanax", so he wont be giving me a full refill. So I have wasted my money for nothing. Why not tell me before I waste my money that you wont be refilling something that your own providers prescribed me? I will not be returning to this place. I use 1/4th of the amount prescribed, and they essentially treat me like some addict looking to abuse the drug. Im an educated, responsible person and I refuse to waste any more money at this place for such unprofessional service.

I went at 12pm on Sunday afternoon right when the office opened to get checked out for a sinus infection and after completing all paperwork I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes before the receptionist informed me that the nurse still had not showed up and she couldnt be reached by phone to provide an ETA on when she would arrive. Instead of going somewhere else and having to get on a waiting list again I decided to wait another 15-20 minutes to see if she would show up. After waiting almost 40 minutes I decided to leave. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time! In todays age of cell phones there is no excuse for the nurse not to call and let the office know that she/he was going to be late or not show up at all. I ended up going to Physcians Express on Jones Bridge Road instead. The facility and the service that I received was top notch!! I will NEVER go back to Reagan Medical Center.

I visited this facility after a motorcycle accident in March. I was treated quickly and with respect to the severity of my discomfort. I felt like they listened to everything I said, took the appropriate X-rays, and treated my injuries with care. They followed up with me and stayed on my treatment. The staff and the PA Paul Beck were awesome. Id recommend them for anything you may need.

I came to Reagan Medical Center in Johns Creek for my asthma. I saw Denice Moughamian and she took very good care of me. She thoroughly explained my symptoms, what caused them, and how to treat and prevent them from happening again. She even printed out some education for me to read. I was overall very satisfied with my visit and I will continue going there for medical treatment.

My doctor is Archna Poddar and I am always pleased with my care at the office. She listens and involves me as a stakeholder in my care. Her staff is A-1 with their professionalism and attention to detail. Ive been a patient for over 4 years and can honestly say it is worth the drive to receive quality attention and medical services. I truly appreciate all of them as a team.

Terrible service, waited 2 hours to be seen and was not. Not even busy, staff had plenty of time to talk among themselves but not come and let me know of any delays. Im an understanding person, but this was just poor service. Rooms are not kept up well and there were bugs walking around. Also, leaving up your computer screens when you leave the room is a HIPAA violation.

she was so incredibly rude i could not believe it! her staff was nice but she was unpleasant- interrupted me when talking and even got argumentative when i asked for a generic birth control pill so i could afford it. i left truly in shock that she was such an unpleasant person to deal with. i would never go to her again!

Ive experienced nothing short of excellence in care and treatment. Im between Georgia and Texas. I actually have felt ill prior to leaving Texas, and on each occasion, I endure until getting to Atlanta to go to Reagan because of the positive results that Ive consistently received.

Do yourself a favor and get a copy of your bill before you leave the facility. From my experience what they provide service for and what they charge to your insurance company is different. I have already suffered and wasted a lot of time with them on wrong claims so be careful.

I visited this practice a few weeks ago. I had some issues(on my end) with my insurance. I called and spoke to the office manager, Sabrina. She was very friendly and professional and eager to help. This office has great management. I will be back the next time I am sick.

Awesome service! I went there this morning. They were fast, friendly, and affordable! The entire staff genuinely cared and did not just see me as a dollar figure. I will definitely continue visiting this office. Thanks for great service!
