I have been coming to this office since I was around three years old ( I am now in my twenties). Recently, I got new insurance. I was told by the doctor to come in for shots because I was low on vitamins. I asked if there were any alternative methods for increasing my levels of vitamins because I cant afford a copay (if I was going to have one) each time to get a shot (three shots). They said dont worry , it should be covered and this is the fastest method to increase your levels. Well, I went ahead and went through with the appointments. Each time I went in they DID NOT say I owed anything or mentioned any copays. About three weeks or so later, I got a letter in the mail that I owe 75 dollars for the visits. 75 for three vitamin b12 shots! I spoke with the office, and explained the situtation and they said Sorry, we just assumed that your insurance would cover the shots..but yours doesnt." Not only did they fail to check if I had a copay each time, they were very rude to me. I also had to wait over thirty minutes to get two of my shots (which took two minutes to do!) . I never got to see a Dr. at all during this, and if they had properly billed my insurance at the time of my service, I would have requested to see a Dr. since I was paying a copay each time. I spoke with my insurance about this and they said that my doctor should have checked and billed at the time of service. Furthermore, I had to call several times to get my results from my blood work...because they always failed to call me back. These people RIPPED me off....and I WILL NEVER go back here again. And its sad too..they lost a patient that has been going there for almost twenty years.

I went to see her to establish with a new doctor. I had no issues, she just talked to me. She never even checked anything, only her medical assistant took my blood pressure, weight etc. Then I see she billed my insurance company for a level 4 which cost $477.00. I was in shock! Needless to say, I found another doctor because this time I had an infection and when I went in for the first visit WITH an infection they billed my insurance company $168, and that included a urinalysis test. I even went to a Urologist after that visit and she only charged my insurance $314 and she was a specialist! Not sure why Dr. Jackie Williamson thinks talking to a new patient is a level 4 and worth $477?

Has repeatedly been very short with various members of my family. I only ever go to the doctor when severely ill, yet Ive personally stopped visiting here because I always feel like it was a waste of time and money. Appointments with my daughter where shes sent out prematurely without talking to us (parents) as to what needs to be done (and when we asked to speak to her afterward, shes too busy to talk). Multiple frustrating visits with no positive outcome. Not the worst experience weve ever had, but at this point seriously considering finding another doctor for our family after so many bad visits...

My experience with this doctor has not been ideal. If you are seeking a doctor who is pleasant, kind, or easy to speak to, you probably should keep searching. If you just need the basics with no serious health problems and you dont mind waiting a long time the majority of the time when you come in for visit, this doctor might be okay.
