We have visited this clinic several times and found only friendly, concerned staff, in particular we see Dr. Marji Bundy as our Veterinarian. I absolutely do not hesitate to follow her to any location to have her continue her care of our "girls". The support staff at Minooka Animal Hospital have EXCELLENT attitudes and customer service skills. We have observed these qualities with ALL staff at this facility. At this point, our experience has been primarily with the care of one of our three GIRLS, but will not hesitate to take the other two at their next maintenance or when they next require attention. We have small dogs, but have noticed all sizes of dogs and cats being cared for. In addition, all that we have observed have been handled with care and concern.

Terrible experience overall. I have taken my cat there several times and they always charged 45$ for grooming. Tuesday I went to pick up my cat and they now wanted to charge 86$ without any warning at all. When asked why such a high charge they said they messed up the other times. Had to call back for a manager to get a better explanation and she was very unhelpful and rude said they would credit 40$ but now my cat was never allowed to go back. I found this funny since I am moving anyways but still frustrated by her attitude especially for being a manager. If she gets a temper over a billing issue I dont even want to guess what happens when she gets a temper with the poor animals there. STAY AWAY

our 2 year old yorkie was groomed at this facility and his genitals and anus where severly cut! after a few days with no improvement we took our yorkie in and the vet stated that the wound was from licking! our dog was in so much discomfort it could not reach its genitals to clean its own wound, i understand things happen but for some animal caretaker (a veterinarian) to lie and avoid any guilt makes me wonder what would happen if the wrong medicine or dose was given out!!! that day i went to another vet and took my six animal accounts with me. i would have been happy with an apology , as i stated i understand that things happen. what i dont like is COVER UPS AND LIES !

I would give them no stars, but since I cant submit review without it, I chose one. People, if you care about your pets please dont take them there because if you not going to like their services and complain about it they will refuse to treat your pet. Total retaliation.In addition they will send you email asking to confirm your appointment but you will not learn about it until you call or go there. Be careful and pay a lot of attention at the billing - they are intent to overcharge, and when / if you will question about it - they will kick you out too. Service at the front desk is awful.They dont even make eye contact with you. Very disappointing....

I called first thing in the morning with an emergency for my dog and they said they couldnt fit him in. So I went to a different vet where he had to undergo an emergency surgery for his spleen. The vet who performed the surgery said it was serious and another day, he wouldnt have made it. I have been a regular for this vet for years and couldnt believe they wouldnt help out. I will not be going back, and suggest that others do not as well.

I have been to numerous vets and this is by far the best I have experienced. The staff is friendly and intelligible. I have had only positive experiences here. I dont often write reviews, but the staff here exceeds all my expectations and deserves a pat on the back. Thank You!
