If I could give this half a star I would. So disappointed with the veterinarian. He didnt seem to care about my dogs condition. After doing pointless tests and with little explanation on the condition my dog was diagnosed with sent us home and told us to come back the next day to get his treatment because they were simply "just too busy right now". Apparently my dog doesnt deserve to be hydrated. After taking him to the hospital the same night to find out he was extremely dehydrated and needed fluids for 24-7 hours I cant believe the vet sent us home to make him wait. Terrible service. Waste of $400 dollars.

This Veterinarian has to be hands down.... The best in the business. Thinking only of the good of the patients and not how to soak the owners. I have been with this particular vet for some time and there is no one else that I would ever consider leaving the care of my 6 very beloved cats with. She has a heart of gold and finds a practical way of treating whether then costly. Try them, I do not write many reviews, I have to be very passionate about the what I am reviewing. Caring, Loving and knowledgeable. They treat you like family and there is no substitute for that.

We started going to ROCAH when we got our new puppy, Ginger. Dr. McCarthy is the best. She is willing to take the time to answer our questions and is so attentive toward our little pup. Her staff is very helpful and has a true love for animals. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone wanting excellent care for their pet.

I have been following Dr. J. McCarthy around for years, and I am thrilled that she finally has settled into a private practice. I love the new place, too, because everyone at ROCH is so friendly and you can tell that they genuinely care about animals. I would definitely recommend this place if you love your animals:)

We had to use RO through a local foster agency. I never cared for their service - it always felt like I was dragging answers out of the vet and the care of the dogs was just ok. The one thing I think they do have going for them is a great heartworm protocol - our fosters all made it through very well going to them.

I love this animal clinic. I drive out of my way just to go to this particular clinic. They are so caring and genuinely concerned for the pets. The doctors listen to you and take time with you and your pet. They saved my Kitty and even follow up with phone calls to see how things are going.

Ive taken both of my cats here and have always had great service! Ive taken them for routine vaccines, a cat spay and nail clippings and an impromptu visit due to illness. Ive always been provided thorough informatiion and great after care instructions!

Usually go to banfield but wanted a second opinion. These ladies are so nice, and made me feel comfortable. I was not just a number to them, they didnt rush me out and took the time to answer all my questions. We will definitely be back!

My dog Sadie was examined and given her rabies shot. The Tech was extremely nice and handled Sadie gently. The Veterinarian was also very welcoming and was gentle and kind to my dog. I will continue to use this Veterinarian.
