This is Kevin, I have my friends permission to use this account, Yes, not like you, I do ask for permission to do things. And I am surprised that now you have time to reply, you once yelled to me that I was wasting your time. HERE IS TO REPLY YOUR REPLY "DOC": Even many days have past, when I close my eyes, I still cannot remove you, your unprofessional attitude and your yelling from my mind, whenever I think of this, the anger ruins my happiness, I SO REGRET that me and my dog came to you. But I guess this is life. You said" I did not ask for the examination". So you admit that you perform the physical exam without asking my permission right? You listed the things you done, which were not so helpful by the way, but you still dodging my questions, because there is no way you can deny the truth. Please answer me this: How come you never told me there will be physical examination and how much you charge for it before you do it? You provide 3 options, stool, blood and x-ray, you DID NOT mention the physical examination. And there is the report? I didnt get anything from that exam, no report, no words, nothing!!! I was right there when you touching my dog, you only checked one leg, but dogs have four legs!!!!! You did not even want to spare another 5 secs for the other three legs!!!And you charged me $40 for it. And when I asked you after I paid, you were impatient and acted like mad man, you said " I have no time to argue with you, you are wasting my time." Also you pointed to the exam room and yelled to me, yes thats right, you yelled to me "This is not a hotel room". How could you be so unprofessional and say such thing to a customer who just paid you a lot of money? I felt like you were not well trained doc, but just like some greedy people only wants money. And there was lady in the waiting room totally shocked by the way you treated me as a customer. How could you yell to customers? Do you have the guts to tell people that you did not say those mean words to me? What do you mean you have no time to argue? This is not a argument, this was your customer having question about the payment, and you need to answer. However you think this is waste of you time because I have already paid, there is no meaning spending more time with me? And there were many people in that room as witnesses. They all heard our conversation, so dont you ever try to hide this in here. Even now, I still do not have your explanation, why did you perform the exam and charged me without asking my permission? You gave me three options, stool, blood and x-ray, but you never said anything about the physical check. I gave you the permission to check the stool, that was the only one that I asked you to do, and yet you found nothing and told me it was my dogs fault for not providing enough stool, and you still charged me $40+ even you did not find anything. Of course I have questions, that was the reason that I came to you, I trusted you, but what you did to me and my dog was failure. YES, YOU FAILED US!!!! Hello Everyone, did you see his reply? Guys, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, if you see any good comments, its from their own. I paid hundreds dollars, they cannot tell me what happened to my dog, and sold me some expensive pills based on their assumptions. They also perform many optional examinations without telling me and charged me for them. I have to give one star to post this. If you want to know more details of my experiences, please read below and I swear I did not make anything up. I just came back from there, it has been two hours and I still cannot calm down. I walked in there, the front desk guy looks like series killer in the movie, with big hole on this pants that you can see his underwear. After the paper work, they took me and my dog to a small room, where I saw the doctor, he is an Indianan, wearing a dirty, trashy, ripped up coat, touched my dog for 5 secs, and dig into my dog through the butt and got some stool to exam, later said he couldnt find anything because it is my dogs fault for not providing enough stool, but he still charged me for the exam. After all that, he sold me some super expensive pills based on his ASSUMPTION.!!! I went back to the front desk, the front desk guy ask me for hundreds dollars, and only will give me the charge details after I paid. I saw the details after the payment, one of the charge was $50 for the 5 secs touching, they said that was one of they examination, only for 5 secs guys!!! I was upset about it and told him they should have told me the exams they were about to do and the prices of each one and ask me if it is OK, but they did NONE. I asked why they didnt told me, the front desk guy became so angry that you can see the anger from his eyes, but he got that under control and called the doctor, doctor came out looks pissed off already. I asked the same thing, he pointed the exam room and said to me :"Well You did not ask. what do you think that room is for? A hotel room? " That pissed me off finally, I questioned his attitude, then he yelled to me: You are wasting my time, I am going back. Complaint or whatever, I dont care." Then he went back to his office. Guys, we all love our pets and we all know hospital is not cheap, but we deserve good service that we paid for. They did not do this business in a honest and respectful way. Absolutely unacceptable. I spent hundreds dollars, they couldnt find out the reason of the sickness and sold me some pills based on his assumption and being rude and yelled to me, I took half day off from work, he did not do any good for me except charging me hundreds dollars, ruining my day, leaving my dog with the sickness. Trust me friends, you do not want this to happen to you. Take it from me. You can ask me anything about this place and I will tell you all the truth.

I have been taking my dog to Central Animal Hospital since she was a puppy. She is now 12 years old. I have since moved to Arlington Heights from Cary Illinois and I still travel to Mount Prospect because I am very comfortable with the veterinarian and staff. Rusty is always at ease. When I visit I know they are not going to try to talk me into something I dont want. There are often choices and they ask you what choice YOU want. They are very quick and follow appointment times. The staff is very knowledgeable and are always there to answer questions. They know my dog by name and great us with enthusiasm and a smile as soon as we walk in the door. The staff always treats her gentle. I would recommend Central Animal Hospital to anyone! Barry and Rusty
