Our experience here was absolutely awful. So much that I felt the need to write my first review ever just to warn people of this place. In our (thankfully) short duration of my family member staying here we experienced theft, important medical information and papers withheld, and neglect. I could go on. The nursing staff and CNAs did NOT like family members asking questions and would ignore any contact at all cost!!! I did not once see the attending doctor on staff. It took two weeks and several times asking staff to fix a broken television and clock in the room and option important medical records for future doctor appointments. No freedom was given, there was nothing to do and nothing engaging for the patients. Medications where not given or often late. In one months time, I had so many problems occur I cant even imagine how this place is running. My family member left completely depressed and was never seen by a Pych doctor, even when asked several different times. The front of the house staff is warm and inviting but the real care is coming from the back and it shows they simply do not care what they are doing. It shows clear as day. Please, if this is your only option as a facility, make sure your loved one is bathed and has clean linens. Keep a copy of all records and stay on top of the staff about medications. Check in on them as often as possible and good luck!

This place is awful & needs to be investigated & shut down! They received my paperwork & admitted me, game me a room, without my consent or permission. I had never even seen the inside. When I arrived for a tour, I was wheeled through the hallways filled with wheelchairs of elderly people lined along the wall, looking drugged & incapacitated. Once we got to "my" floor, I saw a man in a wheelchair facing the window. I was taken to a room that already had my name on the door! What the hell! The woman placed me next to an empty bed & gave me the remote & said use it if I need assistance. I told her I was just there for a tour & consultation. She said someone from PT would eventually be up to see me. I instantly began to panic as I looked around the room & saw the condition of everything in it. I called my family & insurance provider to find out what was going on & to get referrals to a much, much better facility. Anywhere but here! It is dirty. Everything is scratched, scraped, outdated & dirty. There was no way in the world I was staying there, and if I had a family member who needed services, Manor Care would never be an option! EVER!

This facility is the worst!!!!!!!! Please do more research before going here please!!!!!!! Staff is very unprofessional and releases before time.
