Do not go there at all I went around 9pm 10/12 because I was having trouble breathing I wrote on the reason for visit form it felt like one of my lungs stop working the nurse in triage asked me psych questions then the financial services woman tried to get me to sign a paper saying I was there with psych complaints I refused and started recording our conversation on camera I asked her how to clear things up because I didnt want false psych information on my record she said I had to talk to a doctor to clear it up I asked her why I did I have to see a doctor to clear up something administration did wrong she acted confused then security made me leave her cubicle or talk to them instead so after waiting 5 hours to see a doctor hoping he could help me fix the obvious lies now on my medical record they call me to the back the nurse had triage papers and I caught a glimpse all types of false information I asked her if I could look at my triage paper and she refused to let me what type of hospital refuses to let you see your information? So the doctor came I started trying to explain my situation when he got upset about my now dead phone being in my hand and called security I told them what they were doing was wrong and unlawful and tried to leave when five security guards rushed me put me on a bed then tasered me because would let my phone go then they tasered me again before flipping me over and strapping me to the bed a nurse came and tried to give me 2 shots i refused then the security guard said something to me then told the nurse to give me the shot which made me tired since when did hospital security boss nurses around? Since when was security guards allowed say when and when not to give drugs to people? I was strapped in a bed for 2 days at the end of the second day and 3 more shots in the arm later they moved me to a room upstairs where they gave me another shot 3 doctors talk to me about nothing high on drugs they forced into my system and scared to say no I signed one paper and one paper only while there and that was the paper to leave little company of mary hospital is the worst and I am seeking legal counsel theres no way you can confuse breathing with psych or justify tasering somebody for trying refuse treatment

I have two experiences here the first was when I went into labor!! I went in crying and struggling to handle my contractions. The nurse refused to let my family and husband in the room while I was given tests. I could understand extended family members but not even my husband. I layed there in unbearable pain alone for over an hour before they allowed anyone in. The 2nd incident happened yesterday as I took my son in for sickness he was diagnosed the day before at his doctors with a virus, therefore when I went in they immediatly knew what was wrong. So a doctor walks in looks at my son for 4 seconds and says its a virus, nothing we can do give motrin, and rest...and walks out. Comes back and says please wait in the waiting room. I said well his rash is getting worse and has a bump on his throat. Again not wanting to even look at my son the doctor says again its a virus nothing we can do. I said you dont even want to look at the bump I believe its very painful and he cannot drink his bottle. He says well ok lets see and has me now standing in the middle of the reception area not attempting to look but wanting me to open my sons mouth (mind you while holding him). He said well miss we are over flowing from Christ overflow and are really busy.. I said so then its ok to have no compassion or time to look at my son!!! I look at his name tag and request his name... now that he sees Im fairly upset and wanting to report him he sits down and says ok lets start over!! Are you kidding me!! I said sir I understand this is a virus although you are the doctor I am the parent please all I am asking is a little compassion and time to assure he is OK and not dehydrated. He said well yeah I already told you hes fine!! The service that was provided was such a terrible disappointment. I left out and he said miss you need to register Since Ive seen your son!! I said you were rushing me out of here you already confirmed hes fine!! Good bye!! What an idiot I am calling to report this so no one else will be treated unfairly

On the two occasions I required emergency treatment for dermatology related allergies/shock, etc-- The ER Doctor on call really was beyond super nice (when i finally saw him) -- after a long grueling wait of 2hours, but the ER nursing staff (doing the ground work/intake) sucked big time-- For what it is (a small medical center) it isnt bad, it just wasnt the best in terms of nursing support staff efficiency and manners, -- They dont have an onsite dermatologist-- I have never been to a hospital with no dermatology dept.. for follow up care, and if you have need of a therapist they hire medical doctors that arent even board certified to psychotherapists-- I didnt know it was even legal (or ethical) to hire a non-certified physician regardless of specialty as they may be prescribing various medications on top of what you may have from your internist--And considering this is a Catholic affiliated hospital, in a family-oriented area, you would expect more and better standards--So, if it not an absolute life or death emergency, for any scheduled medical visits, go to Northwestern Memorial or even Rush Medical Center-- !!

Went in because my father fell and was experiencing pain in his side. Got in around 9pm and how was promptly triaged and sent in for x-Rays. That took them a half hour. While we waited we were not kept informed and the nurses would tell us nothing. After his x-Rays we waited three more hours ( a total of four) without being seen. In that time fairly few people were seen and more people arrived. One woman sat in the hallway puking for at least an hour without being seen. The nurses were still not helpful. When we finally got something out of them it was that there were only TWO doctors seeing patients in the ER. By then it was five hours and we were still waiting. We could have driven home to St. Louis and have been seen at our own local urgent care in that time. We werent the only ones with this problem but I dont know all the stories so I cant share anymore. Dont bother going to Lasy Mary, find a place that actually cares.

Went here for an emergency trip on May 11, 2016. For kidney stones. I arrived vomiting, and feeling like I was going to pass out. I was having cold chills and everything. The staff told me the dont give blankets or sheets to patients in the ER. I got there around 2:40pm and did not get seen until around 10:40pm or something like that. I think this is the worst hospital visit that anyone should have to experience. Exceptionally when your in that type of pain. They also kept sending back and fourth to vitals as if that was doing something. Do me a favor. Dont send your self or your love ones to this hospital. They treat you like your nothing. And should be ashame of this.
