This place is an absolute scam!!! I was at a Farmers Market and they asked my friend and I to come for a consultation. I have Tricare through the Army and my friend was using a different type of insurance. (Very large common company, but I dont want to give too much of his information) I ended up going to my consultation where I explained I had Tricare from the beginning, but they still made me fill out a bunch of paperwork and they took my information. Directly after filling out the paperwork the Chiropractor by the name Dr. Marcus told me it would be over $170 dollars for my first visit and they didnt take Tricare. I couldnt believe they wouldnt have told me this information at the Farmers market or before I filled out all of their paperwork. I walked out immediately. My friend ended up getting X-rays and a consultation and was told that they wouldnt charge his insurance too much. The next day he found out his insurance (once again a very large insurance company) did not cover the costs, so the chiropractor told him he would cut him a deal of $60.00 a month for 8 visits and obviously not bill his insurance. This company is all about scamming who ever they can and fixing rates. Thanks for trying to screw over a military service member.

Found them at my gym, and they all seemed very nice until I realized it was just a scam. I went in and was told it would be 60$ a month, and I could cancel anytime. I got caught up with work and school and I ended up canceling my membership because it felt like more of a hassle rather than a helpful stress relieving process. As soon as I mentioned I was canceling all the fake smiles went away and they became very rude. I visited maybe 5 times, and in order to cancel they charged me over $400!! So I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Unless you wanna pay 1500 dollars for a year of stretching twice a week that you could do at home.

If you have a booth at a local expo event, you would think the woman running it would be pleasant to all the local people coming in to check out the local businesses. That was not the case, to say to another patron, "they can come back, they just want their paper circled", was not only rude but inaccurate. You lost my business right there before you even had a chance to obtain it. If her demeanor was an example of how this business treats their customers or how the practice is ran, Id highly consider looking else where for chiropractic needs.

Dr. Marcus and his knowledgeable staff are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of their clients. Thanks to his adjustments, my husband no longer wakes up in pain. I havent met anyone dissatisfied with the care he or she has received at Chiro One Round Lake Beach in the four months I have been getting weekly adjustments. I am so happy at this office that I wouldnt consider going anywhere else for my chiropractic care.
