We first began our association with Pam and her lovely employees when our rescue cat, Ripley, had a lump which turned out to be breast cancer. I was stunned and heartbroken. Ripley was a very special cat to me. We had to put her down when the cancer spread, and, it was obvious that she began to look for a place to die. We had her euthanized just over a year after she had surgery. That was almost one year ago, and, I still miss her deeply. Our bond was deep and lasting, I miss her as much as the day we had to put her to sleep. Pam and her crew were wonderful through Ripleys care, and, I will always be grateful for their kindness. We have 2 other cats, Maine Coon brothers - Captain Kirk, and, Flash Gordon. They have gone through exams and teeth cleaning with great results. 7 months ago, I decided to give a home to Savannah" who was living in a cage in the reception area for 9 months. She is a lovely little tuxedo cat who is best buds with Kirk, but, not so much with Flash. They swat each other occasionally, which is the extent of their relationship. If you are looking for a veterinarian to treat your cat, try the LaGrange Park Cat Clinic. You will not be sorry.

I started coming to this clinic about 3 years ago - this is my 3rd and last vet for my cats! My grumpy old man cat is always treated with respect, even when hes hissy and growly. My treatments are always a choice and I can get an appointment the same day I call 90% of the time, the other 10%, its the next day. The staff is always there to answer questions and genuinely cares for the animals that they are treating. I have one cat who has renal failure and another that is currently in cancer remission; I wouldnt trust any other doctor with their health besides Dr Pam Cuevas!!

Dr. Pam and her staff are the best. Dr. Pam really takes her time examining your cat as well as her staff. I never felt rushed or like I was a number. Dr. Pam also takes her time explaining to you about your cat, what is wrong, what you could do to make her healthier, and how to accomplish that. I like that she is into more natural remedies as well. Dr. Pam truly cares for all cats and that comes through when she is telling you her stories of all her cats.

Very poor customer service. The vet seems knowledgeable, but the lack of common courtesy and disdainful attitude of the "staff" has made our visits and communication regarding billing an unpleasant experience. There is a very kind and compassionate cat specialist in oak park who employs gracious staff. I plan on going there from now on.

Ziggy is my cat of 12 years. Dr. Pam has treated him for 6 of his sickly years. She knows her stuff! A friendly and supportive staff. Dr. Pam never hurries us and has excellent surgical skills! My cat would not enjoy his elder years had Dr. Pam not worked so intensely with him. She is the ONLY veterinarian to take your cat to!!

We take our Cat, Max, here for his yearly check ups, shots and teeth cleaning. Dr. Cuevas is wonderful and always takes care of Max to the best of her ability. The prices seem fair for the level of service and I couldnt imagine taking our cat anywhere else for his medical care.

The care is extraordinary. The doctor and staff are patient and willing to answer your questions and concerns. They have a preventative program that is worth consideration. I use it. Highly recommended.

Pam really understands cats and their health issues. My cat is big and very difficult/angry to be there, but she knows how to handle him. We get very good care at her office.
