I went for a routine medical visit, in which the doctor asked to get some blood work done, and told me to do it right there in the same facility, so I did. In my experience, thats not a big deal so I didnt question it, although in the past Ive always done it in outside labs. I just received a bill for that visit in the amount of $808!!! WTF!!! I called customer service to find out what real estate investment did I just sign for, and an irritated lady answers: theres nothing I can do, you should send a letter or email rowe. - Rowe? What am I supposed to do with that? Does she even know how regular correspondence or e-mail work? So I said, how do I email rowe? And she says - Well you didnt tell me you wanted to email rowe... What the hell is wrong with these people?!!! As for the doctor, it was a routine visit, so... Of course Im certainly not going back to this crooked quack house...

6/4/09 I had an 11:30 am appt for a simple follow up TB test, but was not called back in by the nurse until after 1:00 pm. Other people were even called back before me. I was told it was lunch time for the nurses, but a wait from 11:30 to after 1:00 ! ? I feel that this was much to long to wait, especially for a TB check-up. I was late to work. Long time client of Dr. Ratts
