I am a transgender woman. I stopped there last night on the way home to Bloomington with chest pains. I was nervous about doing this because of who I am. Over the next 4 hours, I was treated with the utmost care and respect. Dr. Riley and her team that night were extremely professional, extremely attentive, and just wonderful people who made sure I was comfortable and always had a glass of water. Its strange, isnt it? Giving a 5-star review for receiving quality care that most humans receive? For trans folk, we are not used to this. We are used to being misgendered, treated like subhumans (or not humans at all), laughed at, eye-rolls, you name it. Not once was I misgendered. I was addressed by my name the entire time, without one hiccup. From the custodian to the registration person to the nurse to the doctor, I received the very best care, and the very best attention. I wanted to thank you from my whole heart, which luckily wasnt the reason for my chest pain. I appreciate you all so much.

This is NOT a hospital! They watched my mother have a seizure & proceeded to do nothing. She has had lupus for 15 years & "doctor WRIGHT" tried to say she was only seeking drugs???? She was not a doctor. She was an idiot. DONT go here unless you want them to kill you. "Dr. Wright" should be fired & have her license taken away bc she has no clue what shes doing or how to be a doctor. You may as well call up one of the actors from Greys bc they probably no more than her dumb rude self.

We have lived here for 3 years, and have had to find a new doctor 3 times. I understand that the hospital and medical center cannot do anything to make a doctor stay. My problem is that we have been treated like new patients every time this has happened. While we are seeing a new doctor, we are still going to the same office. Maybe the doctors are all leaving because the administration doesnt know what they are doing.

Even though the Ob/Gyn practice is very nice and adequate they did not let my daughter know about their delivery ward being closed until she was less than 30 days from her due date. Also they set up appointments that she had no knowledge of and changed the dates without asking her. They are having her go to IU Bloomington now which is an hour away in good traffic so if she has a fast labor her son will be born in a car.

Most of the doctors and nurses are competent. The admissions ladies are awesome. Scheduling dept. is inept. Billing is dishonest and unethical so buyer beware - always double check before making a payment. Facilities are clean and well maintained. The food is aweful. Parking is inadequate at times. The little gift shop is adorable.

My son had a double ear infection, we sat in waiting room about 10 minutes, waited for Dr for abt 3. She diagnosed him in a second and sent meds, I was there a total of 30 minutes. And its clean, staff not the most personable, but I work in the field so I get it. I will always take my kids here for urgent needs

I was out of town for work and sliced my hand open. IU Morgan had me in the moment I walked in. Melissa Willis stiched me up fast and professionally while keeping sprits high. Great work. Staff was fast and professional. Melissa most of all.

IU Morgan is improving to become more of what the Martinsville community really needs as a local healthcare hub. While not a full-access hospital, it provides immediate medical attention without driving 30 minutes.

Worst hospital in Indiana. No OBGYN services? This is a bandaid unit.
