Never, never, never go here for any reason!!!!!!!! Especially if you are sick. I had just came off 2 pretty good doses of prednisone, I was having some pretty serious side effects, I was scared and felt there was something seriously wrong, I was made to feel as if I was extremely unimportant and insignificant. My arm is black and blue from my wrist to my elbow from where they took blood. The doctor on duty with the twelve yr old haircut wouldnt even listen to me told me I had a panic attack which never ever in my life have had one, told me I had no medical reason to be there and to go home. Then they couldnt even put a band aid on correct where they took blood, I ended up with blood all over me my clothes my paperwork and the floor and not one thing was said to me except where the exit was. Bad experience all the way around and on top of that Im still having some serious issues makes you wonder how they sleep at night.....

The care I received from this ER was better than the care I received while I was pre-op and post-op at Hendersonville Hospital. **(I do not recommend Hendersonville Hospital after my experience there yesterday, they allow you to lay there in severe pain for hours, although the ER nurse and doctor that I dealt with there were really nice and clearly cared more than the operation staff and surgeon.) The nurses were great, although Thomas (Tommy) was by far the most impressive, it was clear he loves doing what he does, and he cares for every patient that comes in.

Terrible male RN was totally rude what he did not know is I have been a nurse for 25 years he is a disgrace to the nursing profession.He told me nothing was wrong with me even though I was having difficulty breathing and have a primary diagnoses of Lupus.My suggestion hire better nurses also heard major Hippa violations by the way that is right sir be careful who you speak in front of you never know who they may be!

The RN was horrible. II came in passing a kidney stone and he had the worst attitude like I interrupted his Netflix episode. The place was empty. I waited 20 min to get fluids and never received them instead I got up and walked out. The RN looked relieved he didnt have to work. I will never return and either will my family. I really think this place needs to be reconstructed cause that that RN was horrible.

Worst hospital I have ever been to. Staff is horrible. Doctors want you in and out they dont care whats wrong with you. I called to file a complaint and no one will return my calls. The nurses were talking about patents and saying things they should of been saying in front of other patients. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!

the nurse was very rude and the er Dr was rude I told my boyfriend he should went too gallatin er aleast they care whats wor ng with u I told my boyfriend that if he came back here that he can come bye himself I dont like portland er at all

The Doctor was completely rude. Nurses were VERY sarcastic! Started a bag of fluid on my mother and forgot to finish it!! Wouldnt send my dog here! The doctor (a women) was extremely rude and not a people person at all!
