One of the worst experiences Ive ever had in a doctors visit. They have a 15 minute window over your original appt time to allow some leeway for tardiness. I drove for a hour and 30 mins to make this meeting. Shifting my work schedule around to make it to this meeting. I showed up @ 10:12. Called them at 9:50 saying I was caught in traffic on SR 37 and I would be cutting it close. I get to the lobby at 12:18. 3 minuets past the allotted window, and was told they couldnt see me. THE DOCTOR WAS STILL WITH A PREVIOUS PATIENT. After waiting over an hour and a half to talk to someone to see if they could take me in I was finally called into the manager office and was told its the doctors discretion to see me, and there was nothing they could do. The front desk doesnt seem like they want to be there at all, and were of no help. Dr. Grannis was supposed to see me. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SETTING THAT IVE EVER EXPERIANCED. Completely rude, and had no regard for circumstance in my life or trying to help me at all with the situation. If you go here your wasting your time and money. Go to an actual doctor who wants to help. Complete trash.

Dont waste your time going here. They have a long wait and dr. Williams wasnt helpful at all. I told her from the start the two medications that mess with me and that I want to avoid and she prescribed me those two exact medications that mess with me. I waisted my whole day for nothing positive to come out of it. When I explained my situations she wasnt trying to work with me. Id suggest going somewhere else. Best luck.
