Customer service is excellent! Was seen right away, and the front desk was very helpful in the reprint of my claim so that I could send it in. Facility is very new, clean, and modern feeling. Con: The doctor said she could diagnose me with a bacterial infection without running any kind of tests, just by "looking at me." Pretty sure that is an impossible thing for any doctor to do. Was prescribed antibiotics for a "sinus infection." My entire family got the horrible viral infection because it was viral, not bacterial -- which antibiotics do nothing for. My previous doctor had said it was most likely viral. I went in to get tested, but instead, just got "looked at" and reassured everyone that I was on antibiotics. I felt terrible for thinking I wasnt contagious. I think doctors that are current with their medicinal knowledge wouldnt have prescribed these antibiotics so quickly, which makes me think the practice here is a bit dated. Doctor was very friendly and kind -- and Im guessing if you were in a different kind of emergency, they would know what to do. Just dont go if you have flu-like symptoms...

I went their with my daughter the other day who had a bad cold and I was worried that she had an infection. We presented an insurance card and a Michigan ID for her, but the office demanded that we provide a Social Security number. Why? We refused--repeatedly-- and they finally relented. Next, the office staff demanded a credit card--even though we had a BCBSM insurance card and we were willing to pay all co-pays upfront. We gave in on this one and we were then presented with a written contract on how the credit card money would be applied if our insurance didnt pay. Nice. Finally, my daughter was seen by a medical professional who said, "Hi, Im Ben." He was a PA and seemed competent, but when we expressed dismay that she wouldnt be seen by a doc "Ben" asked, "Do you have a problem with the service I provided?" The answer to that question is that I am not qualified to answer that--and neither is he.

I brought my small daughter in because she had a fever and was feeling sick. The reason I didnt give 5 stars was because of the "nurse" that took us back. She was rude and her facial expressions were inappropriate and unnecessary. Maybe she should look for a job were she wont have to work with kids. I was about to get up and leave because of her inappropriate behavior. That is just how uncomfortable she was making me feel and I didnt want to deal with her. But the lady at the front desk was nice as well as a man nurse that worked back there. And the Doctor was great!!! I dont remember his name but he was an older man and he was great with my daughter! He had the patience to deal with her and played games with her. I loved him he was really nice. He was really really great.

My husband and I took our two little boys in on Easter Sunday because they were not feeling well. From the moment we walked in we received great customer service. The registration clerk was very kind and got all of our paperwork done very proficiently. Our nurses did a great job taking vitals even when our boys were scared and didnt want to cooperate the best. The doctor we saw ( cant remember his name) was excellent with our boys. Had one of the best bedside manners I have seen from a doctor at a urgent care. He was very professional and answered all my questions and diagnosed both our boys quickly and efficiently. I would say we were in and out within an hour. In the future if we cant get into our family doctor we would definitely return to this clean, well run facility.

If you cant get into your own doctors office, and are really feeling sick, this is the place to go! Fast efficient service, very friendly people, brand new facility, and an excellent physician. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Dr. Overbeck and staff. You all were super! I even went out and bought the chicken soup (chicken with rice from Russs restaurant)! Loved that part of the Rx. I went in with a terrible cold and cough, sinuses killiing me, ears, throat everything hurt different symptoms kept happening for about two weeks. I was diagnosed with a sinus infection going into bronchitis and am taking the meds as directed. Thanks for catching this when you did, I appreciate the quick and thorough service and treatment.

I took my mother in this past Friday, she is not the type of woman to normally seek medical care so that alone was a chore. The service and care she was given were acceptional. Doctor Arturo Perez Correa was so kind and took his time making sure she was comfortable and cared for. The nursing staff was amazing and we barely waited fifteen minutes to be seen.we drove all the way from Hesperia to be seen and i would not hesitate to do so again. Thank you so very much!

Nice facility but not impressed with the care. Went in for intense constant pain on my left side and feeling like I have to urinate all the time. Doctor told me I had a kidney stone and was told to see my doctor. No tests were done and I was given Naproxen for pain, which I could have bought over the counter myself

Ive been going to ME until I can find a good family doctor. I have a lot of pain issues, plus two children. Every single experience has been outstanding except for one. The staff is top notch and the doctors and nurses are not what youd expect from an urgent care. Because they really do seem to care.

Not up front about cost of a flu shot , a routine service that most drug stores provide at a set price . I paid their quoted price at time of service , which was in excess of the typical charge , then received a follow up bill that was 1/2 again as much

We are from out of state and they were great with us! From office staff to X-ray to nurse and doctor, we received timely compassionate, knowledgeable, professional care. Even with a broken arm, we left smiling.
