Went in for aortic ultrasound. First I was never informed that I should not have breakfast. Ok, the technician said they could do it anyway. The procedure was uncomfortable, and was never explained to me what they were doing. Worse, they used me as a training dummy without asking first. After the trainee probed for 15 minutes , then the regular technician did it again, right this time , I presume. Anyway , I felt as that they did not care much about the patient experience.

Dont even bother - Doctor acts as if you are interrupting his day. Save time and money - drive to Grand Haven, it will be worth it.
