There is NO privacy. They put you in a room with no call light, and leave you alone. I had to get up by myself since there was no call light, ask for pain meds, and waited over 5 hours for them to do an MRI. They never checked on anyone in the room I was in unless they were being discharged or someone physically got up and got a nurse. This "now ER" is absolutely ridiculous. You are surrounded by people who may or may not be contagious, you hear EVERYONES conversations sitting in uncomfortable chairs. I sat here from 3:30-11:30 and each time I needed something I had to get up and do it myself. The staff, besides a few, could care less. I asked a few questions and their response was "Ill have to check and get back to you". They come in while youre in a room with a freaking curtain and tell you your results. Like, isnt this HIPPA violation? Very few staff members made me feel good. I would NEVER recommend this hospital, and I only come here for OBGYN issues as my doctor is through them.

Terrible hospital, extremely overpriced for the services they provide, very slow. We have a daughter with cerebral palsy and they had us coming in for follow up appointments with OT and PT. For an hour with their folks they charge ~$1400. First steps comes to our house and actually does exercises with her at a cost of ~$300/mo which includes 8 hours of therapy. We get absolutely nothing from the visits with St. Francis. No exercises, no rx, no treatment plan, nothing, yet it costs me personally ~1k every visit after ins adjustment. My daughter spent one night in the hospital and received only fluids, this amounted to a $14K bill of which I of almost 5K. From now on I will take the extra time and drive to Community Hospital.

ER visit for severe abdominal pain. Check-in at 12:40pm didnt leave until after midnight. They have 3 different service areas; first stop which was Intake, I rarely heard from my nurse or doctor unless I went looking or complained. Shift change and I was forgotten about and starving. Oh, and youre sitting in a common area room in a semi-recliner if diagnostic tests are needed. Discharge took forever-BTW. Most of the non clinical staff were very friendly. I didnt receive any pain relief until 3:30pm b/c of their new pharmacy tracking procedures!

Typically very good doctors. Horrible location to get to. Surrounded by 2 lane roads in Greenwood. Youd think they would push the city or county to expand the roads immediately to support their health campus, or build more buildings somewhere else. Never book appointments here early morning or after 300pm. Traffic is bad.
