This place isnt a very good hospital. My wife went in for an X-Ray of her lower back for some back pain. The "Picture Taker" decided instead just pressing the button for the xray, she would voice her un-educated opinion for what she saw in the images. The news my wife received from this "Picture Taker" made her worry and cry all weekend. Not to mention the "Picture Taker" told her to expect a phone call in the next 24 hours to stay by her phone. We never did hear back from the hospital over the weekend as I had expected. We then called her normal doctor and found out that the problem was NOT Cancer as the "Picture Taker" had made her fear for the whole weekend. Her issue was and is kidney stones. A far cry from Cancer. They need to either screen their employees, or do alot more extensive training. If all you do is press a button. Then do that and keep quiet. Another story of horror is My mother in-law had been in this hospital for a week. They were treating her for COPD, she was not getting any better so her family placed her in Columbus, Turns out she needed to be treated for Pneumonia and not COPD. I only go here in the event of a REAL emergency.

Went there with horrible abdominal pain and a dr kessa insisted that my xrays from a couple month ago would show if there was a problem now . I didnt ask for medicines and i am in alot of pain just wanted to know why my side hurt . I guess though they thought they would be nice an put toradol right in my hip no dilution , that wasnt good my hip still hurts and the hip joint itself burns . I told them this shot hurt like it was burning its way out of skin , they waited a bit an brought back what i thought was somthing to counter act the toradol , but turns out agin they put tylonol in a shot un diluted an shot it in my shoulder which is now red swollen and hot . From what ive read those are iv drugs not for shots . To sum it all up they did nothing im still at home in pain and sick . Oh somthing that mentally distured me , i looked at trash can while sitting on bed in the er and there was tons of bloody tissue in open trash can , with a hiv outbreak in surrounding area doesnt seem safe .

Fantastic facility, we can not blame the building or the technology and or tools they have at their hands. The problem is in the people!!! Horrible service, they almost killed me!!! I had two craked ribs that punctured an artery and was bleeding in to my left chest or lung cavity. I could barely breathe by the time I made it to the hospital ER. They lied to me, threatened to call the cops and neglected me for two hours before doing anything. Despite my futile attempt to get them to do their job! I begged over and over for them to take me seriously and save my life!!! I wouldn't bring my pet dog even if i hated it to the ER unless I realllly hated my hypothetical dog and wanted to provide it with the most painful means of euthanasia... Ever...

Worst hospital ever. We went through the er last night and it took us 7 hrs to finally get out of that place. The doctor came in one time to see my daughter and that was it. They did labs and CT and he still refused to discharge her. While sitting there waiting until 2 in the morning we found a bed bug crawling on the blanket. One of the nursing staff even admitted to not cleaning the rooms properly after somebody had been in there with bed bugs. I will never go back to this er ever. It should not take an er 7 hrs to help out a patient, simply ridiculous. I would rather spend the time driving to schneck or CRH.

Not to keen on jennings hospital for anything medically serious ever at all. Its known as bandaid station for a reason. Im other hand as far as seeing the sea who work there they are wonderful. My kids have seen Dr Jain for years now. He has helped me with a DVD with my son and has been with my daughter since day she was born and has helped us with 2 major medical situations that have come up with her one that That Columbus regional missed. I see Paula and absolutely love her. Other than than the wait sometimes wouldnt change a thing.

I am here now and Dr. Kesa just came in the room. Both my ankles are extremely swollen and painful. He told me to go see my family Dr. I explained to him I am in the process of an insurance switch and it will be one week before I can see my doctor. He then proceeds to tell me he doesnt know what to tell me. He wont do anything for me I am going to file a formal complaint against him first thing monday!!!!

I work for a healthcare company. This place is the worst. I have called multiple times for records , the ladies were extremely rude. Also they have on more than one occasion said they do not have any record of the person I am looking for....when I have the paper saying that person was there. If I could vote for 0 stars I would.

Just keep this in mind: This isnt a giant hospital. Sometimes, they dont have EVERYTHING needed to maintain a good source of help with certain issues. Yet, at the end of the day, they provide what they can when they can. For a small hospital, their doing their best.

This hospital is EXTREMELY difficult to deal with. Specifically the radiology department. My doctor from Indy faxed orders to them for two tests I needed done, and it was like pulling teeth just to get my appointments scheduled! Very unacceptable customer service!

If I could not leave a star I would. This place is dirty, the people are slow and very unprofessional with little work ethic. I came for a drug screening for the IU school of nursing and Ive waited 2 hours with having an appointment. DO NOT GO HERE.

The single most horrible experience of my life. Never have I seen a nurse be so ungodly rude disrespectful and unkind to a patient then to top it off call the police on someone in so much pain they can barely speak
