This new hospital is very beautiful. I love that the staff greet you at the door, they are very friendly and glad to help. However when i went upstairs to the peds office there was a lady by the name lydia she was very rude both times i went, rolled her eyes at me and was very unperfesional. She did not want to do anything. I asked for a shot record for my child and she told me to go to Rampart office. When there was a man next to me with a different nurse that went and printed his shot record off right then. I went ahead and got the kids back in the car and went to Rampart. When i got there, there was no office bc it had already moved to new hospital 3 weeks before. So i had to go back to the hospital and was directed downstairs to get the shot record. When i requested my childs record i was told i could have asked the peds office upstairs..

Before the doctor had even come back to see me the nurse already diagnosed me with a stomach bug that has been "going around" because she had the same symptoms a week ago. I had diarrhea for 2 days. Maxed out on the medicine I could take for it. And called my PCP on call doctor and was told to go to the ER. They asked my pain level, I told them 5. They gave me one dose of Toradol, which did nothing, and never tried anything else or tried to do anything else to get me comfortable. Doctor cane in and told me he was sending me home to get a stool sample on my own and then it took over an hour to finally get discharged only because I called the nurse and asked what the hell was going on. This hospital is a joke. Next time I will chance dying and go to Indianapolis before I ever set fit in Major again.

The staff are friendly at the door, and the free valet is a plus. The experience past this is everything else. I go here because the VA scheduled me to be seen here. When I have appointments here I am often not seen for an hour and sometimes two hours after my appointment. Other than the operating rooms the staff is either stuck up or so unhappy with their jobs that they take it out on everyone else. Drs and nurses are often heard in the halls complaining or making fun of patients. This is mainly experience from visiting Dr Trobridges office so it does not speak about the entire hospital. I hope that the rest of the hospital is much more accommodating. The hospital can feel free to contact me about this issue.

For the second time now they are completely ignoring my childs symptoms, and running MANY NEEDLESS TESTS to tell me everything is normal, while sending my daughter home in extreme pain. Last time it took 9 months to diagnose a ruptured gallbladder that we told them about our suspicion on the first visit. Lets see if it takes a ruptured appendix to diagnose her this time. Its looking like thats the only way they will do their job...

I liked this place my first appointment but it must have gone down hill in one week. The people are nice, Im writing this review as Im waiting here in the freaking bathroom where the lady from the ultrasound made me wait. Like Im not the only one who thought that was weird. They couldnt get my information right they put me under someone else. Yall need to get your stuff together.

My first experience in the new ER was ok. I waited for almost three hours and people that came in after me were seen before me. (They were no sicker than I was.) Now my experience going for an ultra sound was excellent. People greetes me at the door, taken back by a volunteer, and the texh answered all of my questions. So, that makes up for the ER experience

Sorriest excuse for a hospital if i have ever seen one went in with bp of 167/111 and hr of 145 and instead of them doing test to check me they instead came in and treated me like a drug attic for heart issues which i have had a heart attack befor the main doctor came in and insulted it told me i needed to go back home and that i shouldnt have came in there .

Absolutely love the hospital. Im a new employee and I have never in my life worked somewhere where literally everyone is so nice and welcoming. Every time I pass employees in the hallway they tell me goodmorning or good afternoon and have a great day and smile .. I am very proud to be a MHP employee and plan to be there for a very long time ....

I have had problems with the Hospital violating the privacy policies, have caught them up in lies about paperwork , billing, hidden fees and fees, boarding fraud. I am also now in question of the competency of some of the staff. if this is the way they are going to business I will be looking for a different medical group.

Every person we came into contact with was very pleasant and helpful. We were in the ER my boyfriends has been suffering from chronic migranes but had no insurance so hes been fearful of tge ER bill. Doctor was amazing. Helped my boyfriend and our kids apply and get approved for HIP. Very nice hospital!

Its new, nice and mostly nostalgic of the old MHP. Still slow in ER service and of course, expensive. (Even with good insurance) Sad to see such unfair cost(s) in this much needed service. New staff seem very polite too.

Living in Rushville, here, at this hospital weve got, " Get up and Get outta here" "Do you want us to arrest you?" And with those words and very few others, I was tossed into Rushville Jailhouse for seven weeks.

Ive been a patient 2 times in this hospital. The people are friendly and helpful. I live in Greensburg, In.but Major Hospital has it beat. Ill drive 20 miles if I have a emergency to get to this Hospital.
