As long as you dont get dr. Alexander you will be fine. The staff were kind who answered the phones and took my informantion, I was excited for here. Mr. Alexander was decent, but slightly rubbed me the wrong way. His response was that he wasnt a therapist, when he asked me a direct question about my emotions and feelings. He is very cut and dry and has a tendency to show a smarta**cocky demeanor. for someone who practices womens health, he didnt know much about birth control and I had to remind him about being prescribed before the end of my visit. He just acted like he could be practicing his time better elsewhere. I decided that it may have just been me and my attitude towards the visit. I have a funny work schedule, I work for a small franchise and my schedules are made pretty far out. I explained to the office that it will be a little bit before I can work out a good time for me to come in. They nodded and were understanding. I received a call from a nurse today about blood work, she then proceeded to bully me about making an appointment and rudely said "so youre telling me you cant come in on the 20th of July?". I repeated myself and my situation as calmly as I could, even though I told her earlier in the phone call. She then back peddled and hung up without asking me if I had any questions or concerns or even caring to hear my response on the other end. I will not be returning here.

I was very disappointed in the service I received at this office today. I am a patient of Dr. Bowles. The front office staff is pleasant enough. The nurse that I had today was a different story, La Keisha, I believe her name was. She seemed like I was a huge inconvenience for being there. She didnt greet me, just gave me orders of where to go and what to do. I waited for 45 minutes in the lobby and the exam room combined. I ended up leaving without seeing my dr. I dont recall this office ever being this way before, but I was livid. I missed work appointments in order to waste an hour of my time to NOT see my dr. A Dr.s staff makes or breaks an office. This makes me want to go find a new Dr. within the Community network.

I love this office! My son and I both have gone here for more than 5 years and we have never had a bad experience. The office staff are always friendly and professional. They have always been quick to squeeze us in same day when needed. We have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be called back to see the doctor. If you are looking for an awesome pediatrician Dr. Porter is the best!

I like my Dr. but hate going into the office because the wait time is always ridiculous. Theres been times I have waited 2 hours. Ive been going to the same office for 9 years and it has not changed when it comes to the wait time for particular doctors. There are other doctors in the office that do not have as many patients and the waiting period is very short.

My children have been seeing Dr.Porter and his team now since birth a total of 18 yrs.. he has always had the same nurse Kim.. I love everything about them, fast and caring. Will work you in, fast appts. Great care. I will miss him when he retires

Awesome office! Every time my kids have needed to be seen they have quickly gotten them in. They are very knowledgeable! We love Dr. Wilson and the the nurse Kim. Dr. Porter is great as well.
