If I could give no stars I would. I wouldnt trust Flanders to diagnose a splinter in my finger, let alone an animal. I took in a 2 yr old dog that was having difficulty walking, wasnt eating and hadnt gone to the bathroom in 23 hours. Flanders walked into the room, crossed his arms and said shes in pain. I hadnt even explained what was happening - how the heck does he know whats wrong? His diagonsis, which was done without even touching her let alone examing her, was that its hot outside. Its hot outside? We cant even get her to go outside to go to the bathroom so theres no way that thats the problem. I expressed concern about an area by her tail that appeared to have a divet. His explanation, again without any sort of exam, was "thats the base of her spine, not her hips. Do you understand the difference?" I asked if there could be any other issue that could be causing her symptoms, in which I was told its the heat. Reiterating that she hadnt been outside proved useless. He wasnt listening anyway. If my dog hadnt been in so much pain and really needed the pain medicine I would have walked out. He charged $35 for a "consultation" that a 10 year old could have done. Flanders should be reported to Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, have his licensed revoked and his office shut down. Its a waste of time and money to go here, and probably dangerous to your pets life.

Anyone off the street could have more concern, care, and knowledge than this guy. He doesnt care about your dog or cat and should be shut down. My dog was suffering from severe diabetes and we didnt know what was wrong with him so unforntunately we took him to this vet. Did he run one test? NO! He did nothing. Later that week our dog got progressively worse. We took him to different vet who immediately recognized the symptoms as diabetes. We did everything we could to save our dog, including overnight stays at the vet on an IV of insulin but he was never the same. We had to put him down just 2 weeks after our initial visit to Dr. Flanders. The other vet (the one that knew what she was doing) said he should have recognized the symptoms and that if he were treated sooner he could have been saved. I know several other people who have been very displeased with their care at this vet. I would avoid this place at all costs. I

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever received at a Vet. Dr. Flanders was extremely impersonal and did not show any attention or connection to my dog. He spent less than a minute in the room. He then had a vet tech come in the room and administer a shot and medicine without informing me about them at all. At check out I specifically asked why he didnt check my dog and did not want to pay the exam fee. Reluctantly I did just to leave their office. (Still regretting it) Other minor items Staff was Rude Medicine and Services Overpriced Incompetent - even after spelling my last name for them twice it was put in the system incorrectly. If you are used to a facility who shows love to animals I would not recommend this office!

Dr. Flanders is conveniently located and has always provided sound clinical assessment and treatment of our several dogs health issues over the years. As healthcare professionals ourselves (Physician and RN) we would wholeheartedly recommend him to Noblesville/Hamiliton County pet owners for routine vaccinations and annual exams. We are happy they are efficient and get us in and out in a timely manner. The clinic has always been clean and the staff is warm and caring.Thankfully we have not had a pet that required in depth veterinary intervention for its health for a number of years, but when we did, we pursued a specialist (for our own peace of mind) who concurred with Dr. Flanders diagnosis and interventions.

Took my dog here to get neutered and when I went to pick him up, his surgical glue was already not working and the skin was split. I left, and my dog was in a LOT of pain all night, whining and such. Its like they didnt even give him pain meds. I called the next morning upon their opening and they didnt seem concerned at all and said he could come back in at 3. When I got there, they put him up on the table, held him down, and stapled him without ANY anesthetic! My poor dog was freaking out flailing around. They did not give my any pain meds and sent me on my way. Dr. Flanders and his staff have NO concern for your animal even when they are in pain. I will be taking my puppy elsewhere.

We took our dog on the open walk-in day because there were some markings on his belly that we were concerned about. The vet barely acknowledged me. He was talking about riding his bike with the staff. (The staff was also not very welcoming). He didnt say hello to me or shake my hand or anything. Just asked why I was there. I pointed out the area of concern. And he said "there is nothing wrong with this dog" and continued to talk about riding his bike and walked away. I felt so angry as I was checking out that I actually had to pay $ for the horrible rude treatment I just received. I will never go back to this vet and would never recommend him to anyone.

He didnt take very much time when examining our dog. She had a problem where she kept turning her ear to the side and he very quickly glanced in her ear and said she was fine, but probably had a food allergy. We changed our food to one that was almost $50/bag (at his recommendation) and 2 months later she was still doing it. I took her to a new vet (that came highly recommended) and found out she did in fact have a bad ear infection. She took antibiotics and now 2 weeks later is doing fine! And everyone that I have talked to hasnt been able to figure out why he would say she had a food allergy just because she was turning her head to the side!

Not sure why everyone is bashing the vet. Yes he comes in and gets right to business. He gives shots and information and you get out of there. If you want someone to come in and baby talk your animal and show it "love" for 20 minutes, youre at the wrong place. If you want quick down to business medical attention for your pet, hes your man. They used to mail me the 6 month heartworm between my yearly shots and check-up. I called to have them mailed again and they said not only do they not do that, they have no record of ever doing it for be before. That was annoying, but not that big of a deal as they are 10 minutes away.

"Dr" Flanders hahahahaha. Does Phoenix have a vet degree I am unaware of? He reminds me of Chevy Chase in Spies Like Us. Bedside manner is second to none and when I say none I mean he has none. Quantity over quality for his practice doesnt sit well with me nor should it with anyone that is bringing their loved one to him. Just because you charge less shouldnt mean you dont care. Can you bring a wrongful death suit against a vet? If so I have one; working on 2 (since you are an idiot)... This jerk-off couldnt diagnosis a hangnail let alone a real illness. Time to put the Conrad Murray of "vets" out of our misery
