My 17-year-old kitty had been diagnosed with cancer by our vet in western Iowa. When we moved here in December 2015, someone had suggested Carlisle Vet Clinic for my kittys follow up visits. When my kitty took an unexpected turn for the worse, I made the very difficult decision to call Carlisle Veterinary Clinic for an appointment to have him put to sleep. My kitty meant more to me than anything in the world because I have no other family. Two technicians gave my kitty his shots, then very kindly left my kitty and me alone in the room with the door closed so we could have our final time together. My heart was breaking into a million pieces. After about five minutes, the older lady working the front desk opened the door and said, "How will you be paying for this today? Will it be cash or a credit card?"

My dog hurt herself at her daycare on Friday and was very limited in mobility over the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning and although they were completely booked, they managed to fit me in that day so I could get her some pain meds. For anyone who knows me, My dog is my child so I cant say enough of my appreciation! Thank you :)
