We love taking our animals to this clinic for their annual exams and other needs. We have 2 labs and an outdoor cat. The staff is so friendly, experienced and knowledgeable, they love their jobs and it shows! Trusting and loving our vet techs and vet became especially important during a recent health scare we had with our 12 year old lab. The entire staff guided us through this experience and helped us nurse our fur baby back to health. (We initially thought we were going to have to say good bye to her!) The gave us treatment options with cost analysis. We were able to extend our dogs life without breaking the bank! We are especially thankful for that. If you are looking for a vet that will get to know you and your animal, then this is the place. I recommend Cleary Lake Veterinary Hospital to all of my friends and family!

This vet is terrible! I brought my puppy in for a regular check-up thinking it was a legitimate vet, but they brought my dog into the back room for no reason. Shortly after the visit he developed a terrible cough. I asked the vet to take a better look at him but they wanted to charge me another $50.00 just to look at him, which is what their physical is, they basically just look at him and take his temp. Then they wanted to do bloodwork and x-rays costing nearly $1200.00, all this because of a cough. I switched veterinarians and apparently his lyrinx was crushed (gee I wonder how that happened, probably when they took him in the back room for no apparent reason). Im glad I switched vets because he seems to be doing much better. I totally DO NOT recommend this place.

I have taken three different horses to Dr Ott. One with navicular - he is 17 years old and she is helping to keep him sound, comfortable, and ridable. Another horse had an Abscess and she recovered quickly. I recently acquired a horse with shivers. We got an appointment scheduled within a short time frame. We have not tried the treatment yet as he is not due for his feet to be trimmed and shod yet. (He received a sedative to help with his leg issues during his farrier work.) Everyone at the clinic is so nice. Everyone acts very professional. I had time to ask questions that were answered appropriately. We have brought our beloved small animals to Cleary Lake for years. The staff is knowledgeable and up to date on new advances in veterinary care and keeping animals healthy and happy. We recently brought in a new puppy and were super impressed how thorough and loving the entire team was. Our questions were answered and we were given options regarding preventative care boosters and procedures. We trust these professionals and are happy to have them in our area. Thank you!

Recently my dog started to have accidents in the house. I brought her in to see the doctor at Cleary Lake, and found out this was an easy fix! After running some tests on her urine they told me this could be fixed with medicine I give daily. This was a really embarrassing problem for me, and I was so relieved that they could help me. I love the girls, and Patty at the front desk is always so excited to see us!

We have been using Cleary Lake Vet for several years and have always been very happy with their compassionate care. They have expert care at very reasonable prices. Remember you get what you pay for. Dont always pick the cheapest vet. We will never go anywhere else and we highly recommend them to anyone who asks us for a good vet!!! This place is simply the best. I was impressed that the Vet took the time to review our dogs pedigree and seemed to understand some of the challenges with our dogs breed. Our dog willing goes with all the technicians for nail trims and lab procedures without hesitation. The staff is always friendly and kind. I am glad I made the switch.

Very nice staff, however their rates are twice that of other area vets. When my fiancé inquired as to why this is the business manager never bothered to return his call. Additionally when I ordered a flea and tick collar from Petmeds which required a prescription from the clinic they were very slow to follow up.

We just switched to Cleary Lake Vet and are very pleased. Stella had an ear infection and the treatment plan that they set her up on was successful right away. A week later she came in for a tooth extraction and we were happy with the care she got before, during and after the procedure.
