I was recommended this office by a friend. I took my dog in to get a check up, I told them I love my dog and money is no object (I wanted to see what theyd do) as soon as I said that all they saw was dollar signs. After coming back with a "wellness" plan for my dog the bill they had put together was over $1,000 with many charges that they couldnt explain to me what they were. To make things even better they took a fecal test of my dog and told my Id know the results in a half hour, 4 hours later I had to call them just to be told they found nothing. The manager gave me some medication for my dog but didnt bother telling me how often to give it to him or even if it was taken orally or anything he simply handed me the bag and said so and so will ring you up. the lady who rang me up was super helpful and when i asked about the medication she helped me out. It is CLEAR TO ME THAT BANFIELD CARES MORE ABOUT MONEY THAN THEY DO ABOUT PET CARE. Go to the East Lake Animal Clinic instead at least they put animal care above EVERYTHING else.

Had the most amazing experience here! Brought in a stray cat for an initial check-up, vaccines, and to run a few tests. The staff was patient and understanding of my situation. They put together a plan for the new cat, explained it to me, and allowed me to choose what parts of the treatment plan i wanted to follow through on/could afford. I came here because they were open on Sunday (rare for pet care, apparently) and though they are very far out of my way, I plan on trying to make this Banfield my primary pet hospital. Thank you, Banfield, for your knowledge and your help!

Took my puppy in to see Dr Nagel - very friendly, knowledgeable, and wonderful with dogs! The staff at the front desk were also very friendly and helpful. However, Banfield can get expensive if youre not on one of their "service plans" (which are also not cheap...).
