Front staff is nice and friendly. Yes kinda unorganized and always takes a while to be seen but thats not my complain. What Im so frustrated about is once Im seen I feel like they dont take my concerns seriously!!! Ive had a really bad cough for AT LEAST a month that Ive tried EVERYTHING to try and fix. Its so bad. Im pretty sure I dont let anyone sleep at night. I literally have to pause while I eat because I cant even do that in peace. For the dr just to tell me wait another two weeks!!!! And try cough medicine?!!! Umm Ive been doing that!!!! THATS why Im here because thats NOT WORKING!!!! No test, no swabs, nothing just horrible!!! What a waste of my time literally. Wait hours just to hear that

Definitely the Staffs are friendly & Good, but the doctor examination was not helpful. Visited the Hospital on Mar, 12th & they were not able to identify if its Flu or not & I continued to take the medicine which I was taking earlier (iBuprofen). They initially asked me to come after 2 weeks but as my condition worsens, I called them up & asked them to reschedule the appointment to 15th March & visited the hospital again & then they confirmed its Flu and I have to continiue taking the iBrupfen the way I have been taking it. Will not visit again. I will rather prefer visiting the Mercy Family care on 411 Laurel Street, Ste A120 rather.

Takes forever to schedule an appointment. Im always on hold for 15-20 minutes or more. I have an extremely difficult time getting my prescriptions refilled as the pharmacist can never get ahold of the Doctor. I have been coming here for 25 years and this office has really gone down hill the last few years. I can never get ahold of my doctor or get anyone to call me back. Getting them to help you with anything is like pulling teeth.

The WORST doctors office I have ever been to. I sat for two hours before being seen. They guaranteed me my medication that I need within a week, and after 5 weeks never prescribed it to me. I now have to go somewhere else, which I wish I had done in the first place. PLEASE- Im so frustrated this is the one thing I can do, PLEASE dont go there. I wish someone had warned me.

Worst experience ever one of the worse clinics ever. Lady at the front desk pretend to check me in had an appt at 1:15 did not get seen until 2 just have my inr checked. Called to schedule a appointment and.was literally on hold for 16 mins before my appt was scheduled I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Hopefully the other clinics are not like this one!

THE CLINIC ALWAYS TRANSFERS PATIENTS FOR NO REASON DONT TRY TO GET THE PROBLEM TAKEN CARE OF BY THEMSELVES.THEY JUST TREAT YOU LIKE YOUR NOT OF ANY IMPORTANCE AND BRUSH EVERYTHING OFF THEY REALLY NEED EVALUATED BY THE STATE THEY SUCK AS A WHOLE BUT FEW DOCTORS DO THEIR JOBS FANTASTIC

Slow and unprofessional. I had a 2 pm appointment and arrived at 1:50. They made me wait and I was checked in only at 2:30. The doc saw me only at 3, when I already had to go. What is the point of the appointment? If you value your time, go somewhere else.

It always takes forever to get hold of some one if you really need to speak with a doctor or make an appointment.Nobody is ever available to address your call in a timely matter.

Quick check in and the physician I had was fantastic
