I love Prairie View Animal Hospital! Dr. Lisa is an excellent vet, and she truly cares about my pets. My favorite part about the clinic is the personal touch they provide. My puppy is always spoiled with lots of treats and smiles, and Dr. Lisa puts a special calming spray on the towel my cat sits on so she is at ease on the examining table. The staff always calls the day after my pets have gotten a vaccination shot, just to make sure they are doing alright and to see if I have any questions. They even called my previous vet office to get my records transferred (other offices have made me do that myself!). They are affordable and always professional. I was shocked when they gave me a preview of my bill BEFORE my pets got their shots... just so I would have a heads up of my expenses that day. What a great place! I will ALWAYS take my pets here!

Prairie View Animal Hospital is a wonderful place to take your pets. We have a problematic kitty and Dr. Lisa was great at treating her health issues, as well as the behavior, associated with our cats progress at home. They always call the next day to check on how the patient is doing and completely explain the treatment plan. I highly recommend taking your pets to Prairie View.

This is a great place to take your pet! Dr. Thilges and her husband make a wonderful team. The facility is modern, comfortable for you and your pet, and very clean and organized. The people and atmosphere are amazing! As a first-time pet owner I appreciate their the extremely friendly staff! After each appointment, a follow-up call is made and it is obvious how much they care about each of their patients! Boarding is also extremely reasonable and Im never nervous to leave our pet overnight. Highly recommended!!!

I am astonished with how well they take care of me and my puppy. She absolutely loves going there, mostly because she gets treats, and the attention she gets! Dr. Lisa has always been great with our puppy Odin. She does a thorough job when he needs to be looked at and he loves that he gets so many treats there! :) Hes never scared to go in for a visit or a checkup because of the wonderful staff there. They really do a good job making him comfortable.

Great vet and staff! I always feel like they take time to talk with me about any concerns I have about my cats. They are very easy to book appointments and I like the email reminders about visits. They are quick to follow up with a phone call concerning any results from tests.

I had brought my 2 guinea pigs in for a check up, as a lot of people know guinea pigs are extremely skiddish! The vet was very helpful and took extra time with them. She also went over basic things such as diet etc. Very good experience!
