We were on a road trip and a long distance from home and even a longer distance from our destination. When our senior dog began having significant problems, we found Pella Pets online, called for an appointment, and they agreed to work us in. The staff was very caring and helpful even when our medical emergency turned out to be our furry drama queen not looking forward to the road trip. Not only were they helpful, they were understanding of the entire situation. They even gave us a bandana with pheromones to ease our dogs anxiety for the remainder of our trip. We are extremely grateful for the care and understanding they expressed. Thank you, Pella Pets!

We were very disappointed with their service. After signing a paper, saying we did not want them to administer any medicine to our pet without first talking to us, they went ahead and gave her steroids, and then charged us for them, when we specifically told them not to do it. When my husband mentioned this to them, they insisted he needed to pay for the medicine anyway. We will not be back.

Great place in Pella to take your dog! The vet was great! He spent a lot of time with our dog and us. You can really tell he cares for pets and wants to make sure we understand their needs when they have problems.
