Alright, now that Im actually looking at vets, Im convinced they pay people to write good reviews... We brought one of our cats here after getting her to get a pretty severe ear infection checked out. They were incredibly nice, took care of our needs, and sent us on our way. Fast forward a couple of months. We have now taken our other cat in, and since visiting, *both* of our cats have developed ear issues. Additionally, during a routine check up, we were quoted a price of $180 for getting some blood work done to test for some suspected issues. But when we called to arrange the blood work and to get the cats looked at for the repeat ear issues, the price of blood work has magically gone up to $220. Well be taking our business elsewhere, thats for sure. Short version: Shady business practices at best.

The folks at Sunset View Pet Hospital are very nice, friendly, and patient. We took our older dog there for a few years before she passed away. Now we have our new puppy and Dr. Kraft is treating her. The staff are so willing to answer any and all questions we have about the care of our new dog. It has been 19 years since we had a puppy in our home and a lot has changed since then. The staff at Sunset are well worth the drive to have the best care in the region for all your animals.

We have taken our dogs to Sunset View for decades, and have always been very happy with the quality of care and professionalism of the staff. In that amount of time, we have experienced both the routine exams, but also some critical care issues that were handled with both expertise and sensitivity. I often run into people from surrounding communities who make a point to come to Wilton for their pets care. I highly recommend this clinic!

Recently, I once, again, had an issue with one of my pets. I really appreciated the kind support I received over the phone and when I took my dog to be checked over. Dr. Kraft was thorough and kind. I have found this helpful attitude from all three doctors who are there and have seen/treated both my dog and cat. The assistants and receptionists are caring also. Thank you so much!!! I really appreciate it!.

Horrified at the last exam that my cat had to endure never ever have I seen my poor kitty bleed so bad after having a anal exam and he was also cut when they shaved him ...My family have been long time patients at Sunset View hospital ..I would have been more understanding had they told me they injured my cat but to stuff him in his kennel without saying one word to me is unexcetable and pathetic practice..

Both of the doctors here have taken good care of my dog for both routine checkups and vaccinations as well as an overnight stay once when he was really sick after eating something he shouldnt have! Getting an appointment is easy and they are almost always on time and yet still have always managed to squeeze me in for "urgent care" or "emergency" situations. I highly recommend Sunset View!

fantastic place to take my doggie boy Brutus... 2013 r.side acl surgery male pit bull 8yrs old at time dr. did a fantastic job with surgery...........left knee went out yesterday....called and made appt today for surgery...at ease this time because i have all the faith in the world in SUNSET VIEW.... well worth the 1 hr drive ....wouldnt go anywhere else

Dr. Budding and all his staff are just wonderful in every way. The care is excellent --- always with the most current medicine and procedures. Its plain to see that everyone in the practice has a big heart for the patient and the owner. Ive been a client at Sunset View for about 9 years. Wouldnt want to take my pets anywhere else.

A bit of a drive for us in Coal Valley, but the care and support they provide is exceptional. We had them repair our adopted Lab/Pit mixs knee, Sasha was had a Patellar Sublimation defect since birth. She had trouble walking and getting up and down after lying. Shes better than ever now and has no more movement restrictions.

Jeff and I have been going to Sunset View with our dogs for 10+ years for both routine and emergency care. We cant say enough good about the doctors and staff and the way the go out of their way to help us and see to it our animals receive the best possible care. It is well worth the 50 minute drive.

Dr Budding & his staff has always been there for us....He goes out of his way to accommodate your every need & has a tell it like it is personality (in the best way), which I would expect from a vet...Ive trusted them for bout 13 yrs now w/ my pets & wouldnt wanna go any place else! Great bunch!

Dr.Budding took one of my cats in a while back that had shattered its leg in over 10 places. Multiple vets said the best way was to put him down, but Dr.Budding took my cat in and saved its life. He lived to be 18 years old ❤️ I wouldnt take my animals anywhere else.
