I have been taking my terrier mix there since Oct 0f 2013 when she was not properly diagnosed at another clinic down the street. I nearly lost my lovely Bailey. From my first visit until yesterday Bailey has been treated with love and care by all the staff members. Dr. Jenna Hill, though fresh out of vet school, has shown a degree of knowledge and compassion I have rarely seen in a vet. She has chosen her vocation well. She patiently answered all of my questions and her treatment plans were carefully explained. I have recommended her to a friend privately and now I will do so publically. I have a fair amount of medical experience having been a fire department medic in Va. for 26 yrs.

The vet herself was incredibly rude to me, and pushed me toward many expensive and unnecessary procedures that I told her I could not afford. She all but told me I was a terrible pet parent and no matter what I did on my own to help my cat, the vet had negative things to say about it. I have owned cats my whole life (one is 17 and very healthy) and know how to care for them properly. Both visits I left the vet feeling like I wanted to cry because the vet had been so mean in the few minutes she spent in the room. I will not be going back. The only positive I found was that the receptionist staff and the nurse were nice but the vet was so incredibly nasty that I will not be going back.

We absolutely LOVE The Club House at Indian Hills Animal Clinic - if you are looking for a Doggie Daycare it is wonderful! The staff members are so nice and are always friendly, and always smile and say Hello and Goodbye to our goldendoodle when we drop him off / pick him up. They update their Facebook page often with pictures, announcements, and contests and is reasonably priced (especially if you do the buy-ten-visits-get-one-free package!) Our dog literally almost passes out from excitement if he hears the words "Doggy Daycare" in the morning and comes back to us happy and all played-out. We hope The Club House is around for years to come!

Veterinarian services they provide there is actually five stars. However they are so expensive that anyone who is on a budget would not be able to afford to take their pet there to get any emergency procedure done. Its unfortunate because the quality of care is superior to many of the other veterinarian services. But unfortunately the price discrepancy between their services anothers is huge and if you have more than one pet or like I mentioned before if youre on a budget and makes it almost impossible to provide adequate care for your pet if this would be your only option.

We absolutely love Indian Hills Animal Clinic! The staff and Doctors are all wonderful to us and to our furbabies! I just cant imagine any of them being anything but respectful and professional! Weve had a couple of really sick pets and they did everything possible to help them. It didnt always turn out how we wanted but that is part of life. I highly recommend IHAC! Your furbabies are their #1concern!

Pricey, Nurse that I interacted with belittled me and the care I take of my animal when I brought him in for anxiety. Its okay for a starter vet but would not go back.
