0 stars for this place. What they did to my dog is unacceptable. April 3 was his last time in that place. Never ever taking my dog back to that place again. I was told they had no groomer in that day but they could still trim my dogs hair. My brother took our dog to this appointment and after his regular check up the vet took him for that trim when she brought him out he no hair they had shaved it all off and my dog had scrapes all over his body they actually hurt my dog. My brother never complains so he just paid for everything and left. If I would have been there I would have not paid for that grooming service charge of $65 and probably yell at someone because I was mad as hell when I got home and saw my dog like that. I pay a grooming service because I dont want to hurt my dog and thats what these people did. I could have done a better job myself and I have no training at all. My brother told me that the vet didnt even apologize for what they had done to my dog. Not only did they hurt him they left patches of long hair in some places of his body. Whoever did this had clearly never done it before or was really mad and took it out on my dog. I dont think these people care about the pets they see they only care about the MONEY. My dog was whining that day because he was hurting. Yesterday I had to take him to the emergency veterinary because I couldnt see him in pain anymore.

I have been taking my dog to this practice for over 10 years since I moved to the area. Initially my only reason was that it was the closest vet to where I lived, but they have taken excellent care of "Radar" who is now 14 years old and going strong in no small part due to their care. I have had to use a wide variety of their services, from routine shots and physicals to surgery to remove bladder stones to laser therapy for arthritis pain relief. The entire staff... doctors, techs and receptionists have always been knowledgeable and friendly to me and more importantly to my dog. Although I moved about 6 years ago and they are no longer the most convenient for me in terms of location, I still continue to use them because it would be difficult for me trust another vet as much as them after all this time. I recommend them without reservation and completely trust their competence and integrity.

My dog had to go into the office because she was having breathing difficulty from a tumor. Went in at 10 AM and had the surgery scheduled for 1 PM. My dog was back home at around 7 PM and was back to her normal self almost. I am amazed at how the surgery could be done so quickly and Dr. Neuman was very forthright with his diagnosis. Other doctors wanted to order more tests and other procedures. He was right to the point and gave me an itemized quote right away for the procedure. He even called me after the surgery for follow-up care about my dog. The care my dog received was better than most medical doctors give their human patients. Javier the Vet Tech kept me updated as to sugery progress and showed me pics of the tumor removed. I can understand why he is so highly recommended in Washingtonian magazine. Keep up the great work everybody at Montgomery Village Animal Hospital!

Montogmery Village Animal Hospital has been caring for my dogs for more than six years. Dr. Neuman and his staff are fantastic. They are extremely knoweldgeable and really care about the health and happiness of my pets. They are constatnly updating their equipment and technology to ensure their hospital is state of the art. Earlier this year, one of my dogs developed heart failure. I could not have gotten through the past few months without the help and kindness of Dr. Neuman and his hospital. I will never trust the health of my dogs to anyone else.

I love there service and Dr . Bennett is great , my boy ( boxer ) he was having trouble recovering from intestinal worms , his previous vet was not helping him in any way , thats when we changed the vet , trust me after he started receiving treatment from the vet in Montgomery Village Animal Hospital he started to recover and now after 3 year he is so healthy with out any issues . From that day till today I never took my boy to any other vet except to Dr. Bennett

I am very pleased with the professional, caring and very kind staff at Montgomery Village Animal Hospital. I took my dog Molly, many times to see Dr. Neal B. Neuman, she had multiple problems and Dr. Neuman was wonderful helping me with my sick dog. I was very confused and tired of visiting different doctors, I was so glad I found Dr. Neuman, this is a great clinic with professional staff. I would recommended this clinic to anyone.

Hmmm. Not sure about this place. Dr. Francis was the vet. I took my two cats for rabies shot. I swear I only saw him given the shot to one cat but not the other. He said he did it but I didnt see him doing it. I was with my cat the entire time and saw everything. Is he trying to save the $38 for the one shot? I dont trust the guy. I wont go back to this place.

My dogs have been going to Dr. Neuman for years. Dr. Neuman is up to date on the latest technology and advancements in medicine. He is compassionate, great with my pets, and we appreciate his sense of humor. He has the best equipment and best staff weve seen around. I highly recommend his hospital!
