Very friendly staff. However, the quality of the dentures is not worth 3,200-4,000 dollars that they quote. They only have one kind of denture and they arent aware that there are different quality of Dentures. They have only the economy dentures. Affordable dentures in Towson use different quality and materials starting from economy to stain resistant all in one day pricing from 200.00 to highest being 1500. Which is a great price . This dentist office makes you come back atleast 4 times before getting the denture. But the staff is friendly. The only other issue is that I was told the first dentist appointment was 45.00 got charged 209.00 and didnt realize it until I got home and looked at my receipt so I had to drive back. I would recommend them highly if the prices for the dentures was not so high and they invest into looking into other labs that manufacture a better quality denture at an affordable price.

Dentist does good work, but had a serious issue getting Dentist to follow contract. We had a contract for dental work with set prices. After first two appointments at time of check out the lady changed the price and added $400 and said they had a price change. They also sent paperwork wrong to insurance company and never could get them to correct. They completed a root canal but refused to do the cap until the new inflated price was paid. I then had to obtain a new dentist. By the time i got a new dentist the root canal had to be re completed and the cap put on. Since they breached the contract they refused to drop the bill even though it was their fault. So now I had to file a civil suit for damages, and remedy for breach of contract. After filing the suit the dentist office then went to attacking my credit even though the bill was disputed. Great Dentist however and the root canal was painless and quick.

I had not found a new dentist since moving here about a year ago. I had a problem with floss that was stuck between my molar and gum so I called and Susan was able to schedule an appointment right away. Since I dont have dental Insurance I was able to take advantage of the $ 45.00 exam and x-ray special. Dr. Morgan and the assistants Carol and Frankie were very nice and made me feel at ease. Dr. Morgan was able to retrieve the lost floss and all is well. I will certainly become a regular patient. Thank you Union Dental Center. Sincerely, Claudia Kinsey

I have to have extensive dental work done, and every time I walk in the door I am greeted warmly by the front desk staff; my wait time to be seen is always fast and Dr. Morgan has a fantastic bedside manner! I am able to bring up concerns and she always takes the time to answer them and any questions I may have. When I was in extreme pain after a procedure, the office managed to fit me in that same day and I was able to be treated and relieved of pain very quickly. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Morgan to anyone in need of dental care.

Today, I met Dr. Anne Morgan. She examined the offending teeth and advised which one needed prompt attention. She looked at the X-rays taken by Nellie and confirmed which tooth was the worst. I scheduled a follow-up appt to start the work on #18. Nellies cleanings are always more than adequate. Todays visit for cleaning was the first dental visit since I had my knee replaced and I had to take a prophylactic antibiotic. Yuck! But, no worries. I survived and certainly want to avoid any infection to my new knee.

I appreciate the courtesy that the entire staff at Union Dental extended to me when I inquired about the practice. I felt I got honest answers to my questions, including detailed estimates for various services. I was absolutely impressed with the promptness of getting consultations with Dr. Malik and Dr. Friedman. Everyone made very positive first impressions which reinforced other feedback I had received from their patients.

The wait time was only a few minutes and the Doctor and staff make sure you are as comfortable as possible. The Doctor made sure I understood every step in filling a cavity and putting crowns on two teeth. They constantly kept check on how much pain I was feeling but took the time to make sure all was done correctly. Very friendly staff that try hard to make your experience a good one. I would recommend them whole heartedly.

The staff at Union Dental Center were amazing. I went there for the first time today. My 2 month old son in tow. The staff were so accomodating. After the initial exam, they were able to fit me in for a scale and clean. Each time my son cried, they allowed me to comfort him and then continued with the cleaning. Everyone was so friendly. I normally hate going to the dentist, but that was a very plesent experience.

The Staff is professional from the dental hygienist to the top notch dentists. It may be a tad of a wait on weekend appts but its always followed by an apology and the wait is no longer than 15 mins top. So I can deal with that. Oh and the whiting for life package is one of my mine reasons I love this dentists office. Also the front desk staff is the glue to the entire place! Love them. Thank you Susan.

These people literally took away my smile. I went to the dentist for a check up and my teeth are chipped in the front. So the dentist chopped them off. I asked why it was done. They said because chipped teeth get too much bacteria. I said i came to the dentist to save my teeth not get them chopped off. They just got mad at me. These people literally took away my smile.

Union Dental Center was very lovely and has a nice and helpful staff. I loved that they use an iPad instead of papers, it is more environmentally friendly. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was delicate and cautious at all times and made sure I was comfortable with everything. It was my first time there but, I will definitely be returning in August to my next appointment.

UD always gets me in with no delay. Today I recieved two fillings with no prior appt because a toothach had come on. Everybody was working together to help the days work get done despite a computer faiure making things harder. Thank you Dr. Morgan & co-workers for havng a great attitude and not being frustrated when the drill wouldnt run and needed reset!

Dr. Brett is an exceptional dentist. Not only is he a perfectionist, he listens and expertly delivers what I need for dental treatment. He and his staff go to great lengths to meet ever increasingly difficult insurance claims and file those for me. I highly recommend his practice. I have had multiple cleanings, 3 crowns and an extraction at Union Dental.

Very friendly staff and such great service! I filled out their online form for an appointment around lunchtime and was caked within an hour to set an appointment. They got me scheduled the next day, first thing in the morning! This is also the first dentist my son has gone to without massive anxiety about what is being done. Im very happy and impressed!
