Great low cost clinic, however when making appointment they neglected to inform me that credit cards are charged 3% extra. Which it is fine that they pass along the processing fee given that they are a non profit, but its important to inform the customer before coming because most people dont carry that much cash on them. Then during first visit I was told to come back in 4 weeks for boosters. I specifically asked how much it would be so I would be prepared with cash and the tech said the boosters were already included in the amount that I was already paying with the initial visit and thus I wouldnt need any cash. Well at the booster visit I was charged 94$. Now I have no problem paying for the boosters, but it was the point that I specifically asked prior so I could come with enough cash and the tech made me feel that it was my mistake and that she didnt say that when she did in fact say that.

Not only is it difficult to make an appointment not, the staff are terrible when it comes to customer service. Making just one phone call I was talked over and could hear the person asking questions and once she came back to assist my inquiry she could no longer hear (and calling me someone elses name) me resulting in her hanging up on me after I yelled though the phone that I was there. Not only this but I had received a call back 5 hours later. Once I was able to return the call the woman who answered didnt help me at all but asked if I had an appointment. I guess for cheap service you get cheap customer service. I used to take my babies here but Ill look elsewhere. Its been 4 years and how badly this place has changed is saddening.

The doctors and staff were awesome! I had to bring in a litter of puppies and was overwhelmed with them and right away, the staff jumped up and helped me get the puppies in the exam room! The doctor was very kind and quick to get the puppies in and out! Dont know what I would have done! thank you all!!

I take all 3 of our little dogs( pug Chihuahua French bulldog ) and our two cats and they have always been very nice and helpful and very low cost... all our pets have been fixed here and also recieve there regular yearly shots here also.

Horrible, the staff are rude they are rough and aggressive with the animals and they charge you more than prices clearly marked on website and price sheet. Stay away
