My Mother whos 87 years old is a patient at this office. I have never been to an office that is so dysfunctional & unorganized. Please dont ever make an appointment for a Tuesday. Office was jam pack. Let me start with the front desk. The woman that checks in is so polite & respectful. She greeted me and my mother with a beautiful smile. She catches so my grief & disrespect from the people that are patients in the office. I must say she handles it very well. We waited in the lobby for at 1 hour & 25 minutes. When her name was called we was greeted by Dr. Esterson MA her name was Jennifer. She was so respectful & polite. It took Dr. Esterson about 20 minutes before she came into the room. Now when she came into the room she looked very unbothered & did not greet us with a hello. The part that made me very upset is that she started being very disrespectful to Jennifer well we were in the room. I think its very unprofessional to disrespect your employees while they are in the room with patients. To me just by observing everything while my mother getting a exam that Dr. Esterson has no respect for her employees. I felt so bad for Jennifer. I must say she handle her very well. Thanks to Jennifer for making us feel welcome. So we walk back up to the front desk to check out the woman so tells us to give her a minute. When I look down she was on her cell phone. Its very unprofessional to be on your well there a patient ready to check. She had a very nasty attitude & nonchalant. My mother will not be a patient at this office ever again. She was not happy with her first visit.

I purchased a Living Social coupon for a certain percentage off of laser hair removal from Faith Esterson and was really excited to get started. I had long wanted the procedure, but had been deterred by the high cost. Each time I called the office I was received by rude receptionists who were unfriendly, unwelcoming, unprofessional, and inattentive. When I stated my name the response was a loud and jarring "WHAT?", not "excuse me?" or "can you repeat that?" or "could you spell that please?"At first I let it slide, telling myself that it was such a good deal, and perhaps the receptionists did not accurately reflect the company as a whole. ... after I called again to confirm my appointment, having not been given ANY information about the procedure or how to prepare, or, well, any information at all, the receptionist was actually so eager to get off the phone that she actually hung up on me without warning as I was asking if there was anything I should know or do before coming in the next morning. If this woman cant hire a decent receptionist or make sure new patients are attended to/informed, I definitely DONT want to test her skills maneuvering a laser around my face. Even though I already paid for the sessions via Living Social, I am just going to take the loss and go elsewhere.

Rude receptionists, steer clear! I had shown up at my appointment time that I had made two weeks in advance and was told that I did not have an appointment. I was told to wait and that someone would attend me momentarily. While I had waited for my grandmother to finish her treatment, no one came. The receptionist would nervously glance at me and then back to her computer screen. Once my grandmother had checked out, I asked another receptionist what had happen to my appointment. She told me "thats what we are trying to find out" and then asked "who took your appointment." I said that I didnt know, it was two weeks ago. She then said "well I wasnt here two weeks ago." Are you Seriously?!!! They also ripped my grandmother off by raising the rate of her treatment un expectantly and claiming that she had no credits left after that treatment in a package deal that she had previously bought. No effort was made to remedy my appointment, or lack thereof. My grandmother was cut during her treatment and left empty handed as far as her credits were concerned. Never again!

I was recommended to this practice by a friend and it did not disappoint! Everyone is very helpful, the staff is friendly and does not try to push expensive products or services on you if they are not needed, and I just loved the PA - Lauren Dewlin. When I had an issue with insurance covering one of my prescriptions the office manager was able to quickly resolve it. My experience with this practice has been 5 star - I would give it 10 stars if I could!

When I went into the office, I was instantly greeted politely by her staff, and soonafter was taken to a room and seen by Faith herself. Dr. Esterson treated me compassionately and efficiently, and I was very satisfied with my treatment. Would definitely recommend her to my family and friends. Great Doctor!
