staff very, very friendly but thats not what my review is about. Other that I saw the doctor at 10:15am after was told to be 20 min early for my 08:40AM appointment. Dr Friedman took non of my concerns serious. He even said the symptoms I described were not possible to have, so I am obviously stupid. He was more concerned leading me to the glasses people the girl measured eye pressure twice at my right eye even I had told her that she did and that I am well aware how it feels she said I was wrong and she did BOTH. No Mam you shot my right eye TWICE. Overall a negative experience. and I am not going back. Have to say anybody else is very friendly there.

My daughter didnt find any frames that she liked. So, my wife took her to a different store only to be told that her benefit was already used by Center For Total Eye Care and it would take 10 business days to restore the benefit! Do not give them your insurance card to look up your benefits or you may be surprised. One of the people using the computer didnt know the difference between Close and Minimize in Windows, so its quite possible she clicked on something she shouldnt have.

Waited a long time to be seen, Dr. Friedman is thorough but appears as though he has absolutely no ability to talk to a patient without looking down his nose. Ordered new glasses, no call when they were ready. An OK experience but nothing to recommend. It is accessible but I dont know about for folks who cant transfer.
