OK so I have taken my pets here for several years..My dog was put down a while back due to her age and gall bladder problems. Yes Dr. Story treated us well, he knew the expense of all the testing was difficult for me. However, due to an identity theft and a change in my debit card, automatic payment was not made from my account and I was turned to collection...once I learned of this I corrected the wrong but was still hassled by collection agency...I finished payment and it has not yet been received yet. Got a call this morning again from collection agency...told them it was paid..they said when can they expect payment. I said it is paid balance and it will come when it comes, she told me she will report me to credit bureau...how am I supposed to know when payment will actually be received? Oh and btw the new vet I am using is much more thorough and half as expensive.....

If our visit here was any indication, the staff here work to make this vets office a friendly, welcoming, professional, and educational experience. With a central location on Atlantic Ave, this clinic provides a spacious reception and waiting room area, prompt and attentive service by the vet techs, and in our case, an extensive history, thorough examination, consultation, and fielding of concerned pet owner questions by a genuinely caring veterinarian. Kudos all around for making what could be an anxious visit worry-free!

We have been with Atlantic for 15 years now. I only recommend them when asked for Vets in the area. They are the most professional and sensitive vets around. We have worked with all the vets in the practice and have had uniformly good experiences with all of them. We just had to put one of our beloved two 19 1/2 year old cats down and we cannot adequately thank everyone we dealt with there for the excellent care he (and we) received from the entire team. These are the people you want looking after your pet.
