Office is extremely inefficient, poorly managed, disorganized and inept. When I complained, they stated that it was because they were going through a transition because of a doctor whom retired. They also stated this was because they recently adapted electronic record keeping and were having a challenge.This, however has been the case especially for the past year. Calls are not returned, and when patients/clients call into the office they are faced with a very poor attitude and rudeness. Just because this a physicians office they do not have the right to poorly treat their clients. The only reason that I continue to remain with the practice is that I have been a patient for many years, and wish to remain with my doctor, whom is solid. So whenever I have an appointment I must take ten deep breaths to prepare for the aggravation. If youre not a patient yet,do yourself a favor, and decide if its worth the effort.~

Dr. Bouvier saved my vision. I cannot thank him enough for his proactive, caring manner and surgical expertise. Early 2016, I became concerned- frankly scared- because I couldnt read small print. Reading the directions on most packaging was impossible. It was extremely disorienting. I made an appointment with an ophthalmologist, was diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes, as well as astigmatism. The right cataract was removed the beginning of 2016. I still had vision problems, which made sense, since I still had a cataract. Mid-2017, I made an appointment at BayState Eye Care. I had the fine luck of meeting with Dr. Bouvier, who made plans to improve my situation. He took into account my concerns, . His stellar assistant, Sarah, not only made my appointments, handled the details, but was also there to help me deal with. . . whatever issues arose. Shes a gem.

The most inept and unqualified office Ive ever witnessed. Waited and hour and 15 mins and finally walked out. When I went up multiple times to see when my daughter was next they kept telling me "soon". Finally at the 1hour and 15 mark I went up to tell them Im leaving the secretary said "oh! Your still here?" Then they said the doctor will be on vacation for three weeks ( three weeks before school starts). Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Called to cancel and because they couldnt reach me cause they had my house number which was disconnected they made it so I cant go back there ever and my son needs to see a eye specialist and the dr there is the only specialist for children around I now have to go all the way out to boston
