THESE PEOPLE KILLED, MURDERED MY POOR FATHER WHO HAD COME FROM MASS GENERAL AFTER A VERY SUCCESSFUL SURGERY!!!! IAM SOOOOOO BESIDE MYSELF AND SOOOO ANGRY THAT MY FATHER PASSED AWAY BECAUSE OF THE UNSANITARY, UNDERSTAFFED, COLD HEARTED NURSES AND RUSHED N OVER WORKED DOCTORS NEGLECTED HIS CONDITION. WHEN I WENT TO SEE HIM I WAS HORRIFIED TO FIND MY FATHER BUTT NAKED IN A FREEZING ROOM WITH ALL OF HIS WOUNDS OPEN IN THE AIR AND A DISGUSTING FOLEY FULL OF BLOOD. THEY KNEW HE WAS IMMUNOCOMPROMISED AND THEY KNEW THAT HE COULD EASILY CATCH INFECTION BUT THEY CARED LESS THEIR CARELESSNESS OF THE FOLEY PLACEMENT INTO HIS BLADDER CAUSED HIM A SEVERE E.COLI INFECTION THAT THEY HID FROM ME AS WELL AS A RAGING FEVER WHICH THEY SHOULD HAVE IMMEDIATELY SENT HIM TO THE HOSPITAL WHERE THEY HAD TIME TO DO BUT CHOSE NOT TO AND NOT EVEN 4 DAYS AFTER MY FATHER ARRIVED THERE THEY CALLED ME TO TELL ME THEY HAD FOUND HIM DEAD IN THE ROOM I CAN JUST IMAGINE WHAT HE WENT THROUGH AND MAYBE EVEN CRYING FOR HELP HE ALSO WAS COMPLAINING THAT HE COULD NOT BREATHE AND NOOOOO OXYGEN WAS GIVEN TO A MAN THAT HAD HAD A 12 hour SURGERY AT MASS GENERAL HOSPITAL!!!!!!!!!!! THIS ISNT A HOSPITAL THIS IS A BUTCHER PLACE WHERE LOVED ONES ARE KILLED!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT IM NOT GOING TO STOP UNTIL I SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN FOR GOOD VIBRA LADT TIME U KILL A HUMAN AND GET AWAY WITH IT!!!!!! My FATHERS AUTOPSY WAS DONE AND AS SOOOOOON AS I GET THE RESULTS OF HIS DEATH IN MY HANDS IM COMING FOR YOU VIBRA U N ALLL OF UR STAFF CAN GO TO HELLL

Ok where do I start plz I am begging you not to go here every time I tell people that my mom is at the Vibra hospital they are like "GET HER OUT OF THERE THAT HOSPITAL IS VERY BAD" they are very low on staff and the staff is like young and dont care to take care of people Their, all they care about is what is on their phones. Every time I visit my mom she will cry " TAKE ME OUT PLZ THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF ME" and they dont, and the doctors rush every time I am their when the Doctors do their rounds they are in a rush all the time. And the nurses neglected the people who need help. Plz dont pick this place btw ( by the way ) they keep changing the name because the hospital does NOT past the cleaning review. 0 STARS

My father was in this hospital after having a great progress of health in Holyoke Medical Center fka Holyoke Hospital and in less than four days he regressed and ended in Baystate Hospital for nearly a month. I do not recommend this hospital to no one
