I Took my 3yr old daughter who has a high fever has been throwing up and doesnt want to drink any fluids or has energy today. I was worried and wanted her to get checked by a provider. As I was checking in, the front girl asked me if she has been seen there before I said yes. She asked for the ins. Card and my I.D. I told her shes been there a couple of times and I have not been asked for her ins card and my I.D, but the rude front desk girl said she couldnt be seen until I had that information. I explained I was dropped off and didnt have my wallet on me. She just gives me a blank stare and asked me if I was just going to wait until I had that information!? The providers are really good here, but the front desk has to change to someone who cares! She had no care at all.

Have used this clinic twice both times a great experience, very little wait, Drs took the time to see me and didnt feel rushed. Thinking about not even bothering going to my regular dr who never seems to have time or even care to check why I havent been back.

Very nice place. I came in sick and they thoroughly took the time and diagnosed me. Most of the Drs there are great. Very quick once your seen in a room.
