My dog was acting not himself so i took him to eascor and the vet said that he had tumors in his pancreas. He gave us medicine and said he should get better. over the week end my dog took a turn for the worst and i didnt think he would make it throught the night. i slept with him on his bed thinking am i going to wake up in the morning and he will be gone. he did make it throught the night! i took him back that monday and it was a different vet. the third time i went there, they were all different vets looking over my dog. well thank god the woman who checked him gave us her honest opinion and said she had no idea what was wrong with him. She told me to take him to southpoint animal hospital. the second i brough him in he got his vitals and they told me he had arrhythmia. i thoughtto myself, i had taken my dog in and out of eascor and there was NO mentioning of this!! i was very upset. well to make this a shorter story, the nerologist said that he had a very deep ear infection that has gotten do severe that it infected his brain. There was no hope. he was too weak for an mri. i left him there and the nurses would call me to let me know how he was doing and keep me updated. they were all so wonderful and understanding. I recieved a call saying that i should get down there asap becasue he is not doing very good!! Sammy died later on that night. I spent a lot of money to find out what was wrong with my dog. It WAS NOT tumors in his pancreas. his pancreas was fine. he had an ear infection that if it was caught in time, Sammy would still be with me today! I will never recommend anyone to this foreigner!!!

I would not advise using this vet clinic. We trusted this doctor with a beloved member of our family. They failed on so many levels. First visit yielded a potential solution for what ailed our cat. Our follow up visit didnt result in any follow up tests. Nothing more than suggesting we consider removing his teeth. When his condition worsened, we called again and even though their site says emergency services, we were simply told to call the Emergency clinic on Bristol. We did. We took him in. His blood pressure was so high, a stroke happened. This was NEVER even checked by Eascor. His eye, which was the original issue, had an eye pressure of 86...normal is 14-20. Blood pressure related. Please, dont take your fur babies to this clinic. Not only will you be nickel and dimed, you could lose your beloved companion.

I have taken my Shih Tzu to Eascor for a few years now and each time its the same thing. Yes the staff is friendly but I just felt the need to change his vet. THANK GOD I DID! My puppy has kidney failure with 75% loss in function. Why were they not able to catch that the many times Ive been charged for blood work? Furthermore, he also has cataracts, a persistent ear infection (which they prescribed the same ear wash for each time and it never worked), and a dry skin disorder. In just a week, he is back to running and jumping like the lovable, playful animal we know him to be. However, he will now have to undergo a change in diet to slow the progression of his kidney failure. If I could, I would lock the doors at Eascor. Its a money hound that has NOT helped my boy at all.

This doctor is all about money . My dog got hit by a car and his hip was out of socket. I Called escor animal hospital they said bring him right in and doctor would take care of him asap.t he doctor called few hours later told me he would get to him after business closes . Calls me next day said that my dog would have to stay the WEEKEND with a $200 deposit . The doctor called me Monday said the dogs leg has been out for to long and it cant be put back in because a blood clot had formed keeping joint out.then tells me I owe 1175.00 minus the $200. Calls me Tuesday said he is doing better come get him. Go pick him up I owe $975 and my dog is exactly the same as when I dropped him off Friday morning at 9:30 DO NOT take you pets to this place I will see him in court

We have always had a great experience at Eascor! We brought our puppy in for her vaccinations, and general care (nail trimming, check ups etc). The staff is friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and well-kept, and Dr. Singh is extremely knowledgable and experienced. He took the time to explain the vaccinations, and gave us advice about proper nutrition and training methods. In speaking with him, you can tell that he truly loves animals and wants to see you and your pet be safe, happy and healthy. I would highly recommend!

Eascor has really went down hill ever since Dr. Sneil retired. I only went back twice after Dr.Sneil retired and the new doctor was rude, did not answer many of our questions, was not polite at all. When I checked out, I asked the receptionist who was my doctor today and could they have the manager call me. I was informed the doctor I seen was the owner. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Totally unhappy with the service here. Ive been giving my dog heartworm medication from a prescription over petmeds, it runs out and I order again and they wont provide a prescription for another six months until the next heartworm check, leaving me with 6 months of non protection. So unhappy, changing vets.

Very friendly, and Dr. S takes the time to explain the issues and gives options when available. When my beloved pets die they were supportive and I felt they were respectful of my loss and my pets life. I will continue to use them as I have confidence in their care of my pets.

They were beyond disrespectful when i walked in the door i didnt even get a greeting. And then they acted like i wasnt good enough too hold a conversation with about how i would paying for the appointment. Im beyond upset with the receptionists

Very helpful and friendly staff. The veterinarian was very knowledgeable and immediately able to diagnose my puppy. I will definitely be using this clinic in the future!
